Sears HVAC

Sears was prompt with schedule and explained what was being done and how the furnace works for fuel saving. Work was outstanding and the furnace was done on schedule. Personel were friendly and made sure everything worked before they left.

Very professional. Quick installation. I had to remind them to complete the permits. Cost was a little high compared to other estimates, but it is "Sears". Overall, a good experience.

Sears was about a third more expensive than everyone else, but I guess that's the price you pay for peace of mind from a name brand company.

I really like the installers they explained everything to me and everything was done to my satisfication

the whole package offered was good, but I found it to be overlly expensive.

On time did the job in the time we were told. They were very thorough ansd friendly. Clean up excellant.

Phenomenal process. From the selecting and purchasing of the unit to the install and operation...

they worked very hard it was installed in less than 5 hours and they even cleaned up very well!

The individual who installed the new air conditioner was terrific!

Sears came in with a higher bid, but they allowed me to finance it, which was a huge help. The boiler, the boiler installer, and the salesman were all wonderful, however. Just wish it were a bit cheaper!

learned more than i cared to know about heating and cooling

Sears is a quality company and their representative that came to our home to discuss our central air conditioning project was outstanding. They even gave us 2 years 0% down, 0% financing and filled out all the LIPA and rebate forms electronically. I would recommend Sears Home Improvement Center to anyone.

Installers were professional, skilled, neat & polite. Very pleased with the work and equipment. Would not hesitate to recommend.
