Air conditioning system was professionally and quickly installed.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. ESTIMATED TURN OVER TIME WAS TO BE ONE DAY AND IT ENDED UP BEING TWO. HOWEVER ON THE FIRST DAY THEY WORKED OVER TIME TRYING TO MAKE IT JUST THAT ONE DAY. IT HAD BEEN AGREED THAT THE THERMOSTAT WOULD BE MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND THAT HAD NOT BEEN PASSED ALONG TO THE INSTALLERS AND THEREFORE WAS NOT DONE, BUT OVERALL THEY ARE PLEASANT AND AFFORDABLE.

Installation was professional and on time. However, for the first 2 weeks after install I had nothing but problems with my A/C. Apparently the thermostat was not configured properly upon install. Calling in to Sears customer service resulted in not only poor treatment but also a complete lack of concern for the fact that my newly installed A/C was not working. I would recommend Sears but with considerable reservation.

The installers are extremely knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Sears Home Improvement.

I would NOT let the Sears Sales Person back into my home. He was very rude and did not like for us to ask any questions concerning the warranty or about the product. When I asked questions, he told me I could just get someone local, and they would get (his exact words) BILLY BOB AND HIS COUSIN AND TWO HOUND DOGS TO COME INSTALL A UNIT FOR ME. He obiviously needs some sensitivity AND PR training.THE INSTALLATION CREW WERE VERY GOOD-THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH, WERE IMPRESSED WITH THEM.

The installation crew was exceptional! In addition to installing five new ducts and an additional air return, they corrected existing ductwork problems and several other extras at no additional cost. My wife and I were very pleased.

They knew what they were doing and made the necessary changes to get the system to work properly. The final appearance also looked very good.

The Sears professionals provided excellent customer service, explained every process and procedure so that I understood what modifications were being made to my home. After the installation was complete, the crew cleaned up and explained equipment operation as well as contact information in case there were any issues.

We got the message the next day after we posted on Service Magic. Within 3 days, we met project consultant Mark Bardwell who checked and offered the replacement for our 20-years old system. Within a week 3-person crew of installer came and installed the new system. The total cost was a bit higher than we had expected but the job was done very well and we also got maintenance service as well without additional cost.

The contractor that Sears provided was very efficient so please with the service received.

We signed the contract and now we haven't heard from them in two days. Called the number we were given and was sent to a voice mail twice! Can't get them to make an appointment to put our unit in. Very aggravated.

Didn't know Sears did HVACs until your referral. Thank you! A company I can trust to be around in 10 years, Sears was professional from start to finish - may not have been the cheapest but my peace of mind was worth it.

The estimator screwed up a couple of things, but the installer, Joe, and Kyle in customer service made it right and did an excellent job with great communication and clean and courteous service.
