Plumbing
Last year, we had Crose's Plumbing come to install a new dishwasher. We were
happy with their professionalism and their work. We called them again
when the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. My husband attempted it
himself but it turned out to be a difficult job because of the plumbing
placement under the sink. We again called Crose's. They too said it was a difficult job, making my husband feel better :), and we were again
pleased with them. This month, we naturally turned to them for the plumbing in
the kitchen redo. They fit their schedule into ours so we were always
on time with the contractor's schedule ~ big plus when you have a large
project with multiple companies needing to stay on schedule. As before, they were professional, punctual and responsible. I appreciate
having workers whom I can trust and feel safe with in my home.
They
came at the beginning of the project to cap off the gas lines and
remove the piping entirely from a wall that was taken out and
disconnected the sink area pipes, the dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Then they returned at the end to reconnect the sink piping, install a new
faucet with a pull-down hose and also a soap dispenser. They also reinstalled
the dishwasher and the garbage disposal.
This time there was a hitch in the work. One of the latches was not fastened properly on the garbage disposal so we did get a substantial leak in the cabinet. Crose came out early the next morning to repair that problem and took full responsibility for it and for the repair, even to the cabinet. We respected their professionalism in owning the problem and taking immediate action to repair the disposal and for the cabinet water damage.
Their work has always been well done. One small mistake, fixed immediately and satisfactorily, is not enough for us to stop using Crose's and we happily recommend them to Angie's List users.
