A nice man, that knew his business and explained everything he was doing, and what he thought needed to be done. Fixed my dishwasher and now it is working fine.

He is very accommodating and does a great job! He works quickly and is very conscientious. He got my Clothes Washer fixed in a very timely manner and I'm very happy he was able to come out today to get this fixed for me.

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Dale personally, but my husband did. He was very impressed. Dale was on time & very professional & knowledgable. He offered to be at my house the same day I called him. Our GE oven works fine now...he knew exactly what needed to be done when I told him what was going on. I am keeping Dale's information to call in case we ever have a problem with one of our appliances again. Again, I didn't get to meet him personally...however based on what my husband said, Dale was a fantastic repair man & an amazing person in general.

Dale was on-time with his scheduled appointment with me on a Saturday morning. I really appreciate that since I had to work my 1st job during the week and then my 2nd job I was scheduled for that Saturday afternoon. He called me back quickly after I put in the information on the ServiceMagic site and was very accommodating to my schedule. He was reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about multiple appliances - especially and including the GE range that I have. He was very personable too. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an appliance fixed. I think that he did a very good job fixing my electronic ignitor for my oven.

Mr. Mech solved the problem with my refridgerator in under an hour and made arrangements for a part replacement that very afternoon. He arranged to return a couple of hours later to install the part and now it is working perfectly. I am very pleased with my service.
