Prompt, courteous, and good!

Dale was very knowledgeable about my Samsung and all washing machines. He explained everything, what was wrong with the machine, parts & labor. Execellent service and information. I would recommend him and will call him again when necessary.

Dale arrived timely, researched the problem and promptly repaired it. Very personable but did not waste time finding the issue and repairing it. Very pleased with results and I will call him again.

Dale was great! He explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner and answered all my questions not matter how many questions I asked and how long it took to explain the answers. He was tidy and neat when he worked and when he cleaned up his work area. He ordered the necessary part and returned on my schedule to fix the washer without charging an additional fee. His rate also was very reasonable. I would hire him again without question.

Didn't wait long and had the part on hand to repair dryer

HE WAS ON TIME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED. ORDERED THE PART, CAME BACK AND INSTALLED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE EVERYTHING WAS DONE AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE. WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITH NO 2ND THOUGHT ABOUT IT. THANK YOU DALE FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND UPFRONT FOR ME.

Wonderful service! I didn't think my dishwasher could be fixed. He was very serviceable, very polite and definitely a lot better than other people I've hired.

we had a problem with our built-in custom oven. no one would come out to see it because the manufacturer doesn't exist anymore!! dale was the only person willing to come out and at least take a look to see what could potentially be done to get it working again!! you could see his wheels turning in his head while he looked the unit over...and he came up with a plan right there!! it took a bit to get the parts but once he did he was able to retro-fit the unit and we had an oven again...on steroids!!! we are loving it!! he even bought us a pizza to test it out when it was completed!! highly recommend him!!

Dale and I spoke on the phone and he gave me insight on the project. he arrived at home and began troubleshooting the problem, orderd parts within days i had my Lg Fridge working like new again, Thanks Dale........

Showed up ... gave me a reasonable bid ... and ended up buying a used dryer at a very reasonable price from him that works fantastic! Great guy. Very honest and timely in his work.

Dale was very knowledgable, courteous, and prompt. He diagnosed our problem with our fridge,ordered the part and was back the next day with the installation. I highly recommend him and will use him for any future repair.

Dale was great, he worked within my schedule and was very clear about what needed to be done. His rates are very resonable. My only issue was my fault, after he gave me a proposal to complete the job I forgot to call him to let him know we would just buy a new unit. I will definetly use him for any other repair jobs I might come up with.
