Mr. Mech was very professional and nice, I would tell my friends about him.

Dale was on time, personable and direct...and he arrived within the hour. Dale came to my home to replace a broken dryer belt, but upon further diagnosis found that it would cost me less to purchase a new dryer than to repair all that was wrong with our 24 year old Maytag. He also diagnosed a clogged vent pipe, which we didn't know about since we have lived in the house only 18 months. Dale was a wealth of information and provided a few options to make our repair/replace decision. For us, the sad news was clearly to replace. Dale charged us exactly what he quoted for the diagnosis, and he was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dale.

Dale provided fast service, very fair pricing and was extremely knowledgeable on my washer. He called back in 1 hour with a parts list and an estimate for repairs. Unfortunately the parts would have cost more than a new washer, so I bought a new one.

This was our 2nd time using Dale.

Dale came almost immediately after I issued a plea for "help". He explained what he was doing, and exactly what the problem was. He was professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Dale to anyone who needs an appliance repaired!

He was very informative. reasonably priced and he fixed my washing machine in a timely manner. Only thing that I would change is that my carpet got a little dirty from the machine parts: a drop cloth could prevent that from happening, and he should wear covers on his shoes when entering someones home in order to not track on carpet and floors.

Dale came out this spring to assess and repair our dryer. He came out right away and found out what the problem was. His quote was about $20.00-$50.00 less than the other bidders, and he came back the very next day to repair Now our washer is acting up, but we know who we are going to call! DALE!

Dale came out to look at my washer (stackable) because it stopped working. He found out what part he needed, ordered it and came out the next day to put it in. His prices are very reasonable and he knows what he is doing. I give him an A+ times 3 :0)
