Great experience. Called them on a Saturday and they were out within hours. The guy who showed up fixed a clogged toilet line and a clogged tub line in our rental condo very quickly and explained the issues clearly. I highly recommend them.

Zeni came out to fix a kitchen sink clogging issue on a Friday evening. He did not stop until he was satisfied that the clog was cleared and tested everything multiple times.Issue was resolved and Zeni verified and rechecked everything to his satisfaction His diligence gave us absolute confidence in his work. We would absolutely work with Zeni again.

After an entire week and going through 2 plumbers with no follow-through or resolution, I finally went on Angie's List. 2nd Chance Plumbing called me immediately. They were here within the hour and replaced my sewer ejector pump within 2 hours. They explained everything and even cleaned up after themselves. Outstanding!!! Called them on a Saturday afternoon and they picked up right away. They were on site within a few hours. They resolved my issue. I I had multiple units that shared a drain pipe and had toilets backing up. The company cleared the drain all the way to the street and fixed the issue. They are responsive, timely and fair.

I called on Friday at noon to get an estimate for replacement of my sump pump, not an emergency. They said they could come that very afternoon. Upon arriving with a new sump pump, they determined in 10 minutes that I need a new sewage pump. The left, returned in an hour and replaced it, showing me the problem. The cost was $100 less than I had gotten from another service provider and that was for a sump pump. The sewage pump costs more. Very pleased. Now no more vague sewer smell in my basement!

The plumber who came out was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. How he worked was a little sloppy, though. I understand the work is messy, but he didn t take any steps to contain the mess. He didn t wear any shoe protectors so he tracked whatever came out of my drain through my house. The rooting device was also dirty so he left marks on my carpet. He also flushed my toilet and turned on my sink faucet while using his dirty glove. He left everything that way when he was done and it took me a good 90 minutes to clean everything up.

We had a very great experience with this company. Our drain was clogged and this company was able to come out and fix the problem the same day I contacted them. I got a quote during the call when I explained the issue with the drain and paid the same amount I was quoted. The plumber came when he promised, which was great. I highly recommend this company.

On a rental property fixed a clog in the kitchen sink, that work was fine. Then mis-diagnosed a leak in the faucet told me I needed a new one, told me to buy a new faucet then they d come back to install for more $$$. I drove down to the property tighten down the faucet, the leak stopped immediately?? Not sure why a licensed plumber could not have done that work, or at least diagnosed it properly, really frustrating!!
