Good experience. Came out same day to help me with my clogged kitchen sink, provided helpful tips for maintenance. Price seemed fair based on previous plumbing services with other companies. Possibly a bit high for the work done, but probably in line with other companies. I was happy with my experience. I would recommend them.

The project rate wasn;t discussed in making the appointment, but when the estimate was provided when the technician was evaluating the job, he asked whether the scheduler discussed the rate. THere was a bit of a disconnect. The work was efficient and very satisfactory.

The technician came to my home very quickly. He assessed the problem ( broken sump pump) and let me know my options and the prices for repairing or replacing it. He got to work right away replacing the sump pump. As he completed his work he also noticed that my ejector pump was not working. He let me know how much it would cost to fix it. The company gave me a discount because they were already doing work in my home. In summary, the technician completed his work quickly and efficiently and helped resolve an issue that was outside his original mandate. I will definitely use their services again.

Zeni and Loga did a brilliant job for us. We've had a problematic bathroom for a number of months and the guys did a brilliant job of fixing it. They were prompt, polite and actually ended up doing a bunch of extra stuff for us that would've caused us problems otherwise. Extremely reasonably pricing as well.
