They completed the repair work but found 2 issues:- 1. They did not put back the landscaping back to how it was before. Mound was created after the work. 2. Quote was vague. Exact cost of repair was known after completion of work.

Really happy with the service . They came within an hour of calling their company for a faucet replacement . Good service . Will recommend them .

I searched for a plumbing service provider on Memorial Day, expecting a call back the following day. I was pleasantly surprised when 2nd Chance Plumbing called back within minutes. They were able to schedule a service visit the same day, within my preferred time window. They arrived on time, put on shoe covers before entering (big plus) and delivered excellent, professional service. They answered all my questions and provided recommendations including not spending money on repair services where a replacement would be more cost effective. I am very satisfied with the service I received and strongly recommend them.

I have never used internet to find a service. This company popped up first. When they called back I immediately felt comfortable. There was an immediate response, there ability to solve my problem, the price and the gentleman who did the work were OUTSTANDING. I was overjoyed. Highly recommend.

Good guy and very fast

Extremely efficient, friendly and professional and arrived when they said they would and had the sump pump replacement completed quickly at the estimated price even though they had to do a little extra unplanned work to get the new pump in. I would definitely use them again.

Came out on a Saturday, was expecting to be charged extra but was not. Was very professional and area was clean when done. The only problem was the sump pump pit cover can not be screwed down because the holes don't line up.

Amazing company and customer service. We had a clogged drain and they came out on a Saturday, no trip charge, even said they wouldn't charge if they couldn't complete the work. Highly recommend giving them a call if you run into any sorry if plumbing issues.

He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. He was even willing to look at my kitchen faucet for no additional charge. I would absolutely recommend their services.
