When I called them about the issue, I was told they did not have a van anymore and we would have to get it to them. They said, they would have to take everything apart to fix it. In other words, they had no interest in fixing the problem. I can not recommend them at all.
Description of Work: Picked up our sofa and chairs for recovering and fixing springs and cushions. We just got so sick of sitting on the floor, we had our furniture picked up today by a different upholsterer. They took one look at the bottom of the sofa and were shocked. Grabecht used sofa back springs for the bottom. They used slippery cord that stretched instead of jutz. No wonder we were sitting on the floor and now have to spend double to get it repaired properly. When I called them about the issue, I was told they did not have a van anymore and we would have to get it to them. They said, they would have to take everything apart to fix it. In other words, they had no interest in fixing the problem. I can not recommend them at all.
