Great! Fantastic! Fabulous! I was very impressed with this company. I will use no other in the future for these types of services. When I called for the services, I was impressed by how quickly this company was able to get out and help. We had many large branches that needed to be removed as a result of a wind storm. I was overwhelmed by the number of branches that littered our front yard. Some large and others even larger. This company was out quickly and did a great job in getting all the branches and brush up within a short period of time. There were even large branches in the back yard and our near by rental that I forgot to mention. This picked those up as well and did some trimming of a tree and didn't charge extra. I also have some dead trees that need to come down so I was given an estimate at that time as well. I cannot express how pleased I was with the immediate response, professionalism and the excellence in service that was provided. Once the ground freezes up and gets a bit harder we will be hiring this company again. I will hire no other company for these services in the future. We have hired others in the past, however the service provider by this company was above and beyond those others. I would highly recommend Tree Care Solutions and will be using them again.

Even though Robert wasn't the cheapest quote I had used him before so I was comfortable with him. Plus we need tree trimming work so figured we could get a quote on that too. We selected him and he said he'd get them in by Friday June 20th. Friday came and went, I called him and complained that my wife was home all day with the kids waiting for him to do his work and he never came. He apologized and said he would get it down the next Tuesday or Wednesday (June 24th or 25th).
Second chance. I call him Wednesday morning because he didn't come Tuesday. No answer. I call again in the afternoon, he answers and apologizes that he can't make it but PROMISES no matter what the work will be done Thursday afternoon. This is perfect because we were hosting some friends on Friday.
Thursday afternoon I call again and he apologizes, they won't make it out. I make it very clear how incredibly p***** off I am. He says there was and quot;nothing he could do about itand quot; and he has a lot of other jobs he needs to do. At this point I'm pretty p***** and I make it VERY clear. This was his last chance. He had already bought the replacement bushes so I was SURE he was going to get the job done on the next try.
He again swears up and down that he will do the job either Weds July 2nd or Thurs July 3rd... NO MATTER WHAT. Well guess what?! I just called him to ask when he's coming over and he said he won't make it over after all. I am not sure if Robert has a hard time turning down a job or has a hard time prioritizing work or what. He claims to have bought my replacement bushes weeks ago and now they're just going to wither and die, so not sure why he doesn't find this job to be a priority. I reminded him I have 30 some trees on my property and now he's losing the chance of ever cutting them again.
All he could say was that he has 175 customers and is busier than ever. I told him that's great for him but he's losing one of those 175 and he has no clue how to prioritize business and I will make it my mission to let everyone I know aware of his incredibly poor professionalism.
Now we're hosing a 4th of July party tomorrow with our hideous dead bushes out front and Robert failed me for THREE WEEKS to do a simple removal and replant job. Now I get to start over and I'm so upset.
One piece of advice: Don't even get a quote from this guy. Even if he gives you a good price he will most likely never show up to do the job or at least have the courtesy to call you and let you know he won't be there. Just be up front and honest with people Robert. If you had told me you could do the job but it would be a few weeks we'd still be doing business.

"lesson learned [Member Name Removed] , ive come to a point in my business that homeowners have to trust me , the main issue was its almost impossible to give a specific time that the crew can be at a persons home for certin jobs most of my customers trust me and tell me to fit it in were u can , then I can come and do work when well b doing other work in neighborhood , [Member Name Removed] I thought was a good customer and im truly upset it happened the way it did ,scheduling is one of the hardest things to overcome sometimes , because no tree or bush or stump is the same , there is no method to know how long certin jobs will take , but I am truly sdorry to [Member Name Removed] and his wife , I should of been more upfront with [Member Name Removed] instead of just trying to tell him what would make him happy that particular day or time . LESSON LEARNED !!!!!!!!! please look at Alll my reviews and u will see im a great tree man not the greatest at communication , please also understand im human just like you and im extremely honest . just not so smart sometime"

I had used Robert a few years back to remove a tree in my yard and was happy with them. I called Robert to see if he could remove this branch and left a message which he returned quickly. He came out next day to take a look and let me know a quote. I had to call next day to check on, but they then came out and removed. Very clean job and my neighbor was very happy.

Robert came out the same day we called for an estimate, which was a great start. He seemed knowledgeable and professional, gave a fair estimate, and he told us he'd be out Monday or Tuesday of the following week to do the work. Monday came and went, and he didn't show and didn't call, but that was okay, because he'd said Monday or Tuesday. Mid-day Tuesday, I called him to find out if he'd still be able to make it, he said no, he'd run into scheduling issues due to weather, but he'd be out on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, he was a no-show and he didn't call to re-schedule. Thursday came and went, same story, no-show and no-call. I called him Friday morning 9-ish and once he remembered who I was, he apologized and promised to be out that afternoon between 1 and 2. At 3pm, as I headed out to run an errand, I saw him with a crew trimming a tree at a house less than 1/4 mile away. I stopped, had a brief cordial conversation with him, and he promised that we would be next. He never showed, and didn't call to reschedule. I left a message the next Monday, asking if he was still planning to do the work, and as of 6pm Tuesday, he still hadn't returned my call.
The tree isn't in dire need of pruning (no imminent hazards etc.), but he set the schedule each time we talked. If he wasn't able to show for some reason, or needed to schedule us further out, he should have let us know. As it is, with the repeated no-shows and lack of contact, I feel I have no choice but to leave a negative review and find a different tree service.

One of the main reasons I had Tree Care Solutions come out was because a neighbor's multi-story willow tree had so over-grown into my yard, that it was growing into a Bradford pear tree of mine and was actually causing the tree to become misshapen. Many other supposed and quot;tree careand quot; specialists refused to touch this tree. However, the workers for this company had no problems with scaling the height of this tree and removing the offending limbs.
The only reason I removed one star from quality was because one of the trees that were supposed to have the branches and quot;thinnedand quot; within the tree was not done the first time 'round. However, they did come back and completed the job appropriately.

"All i can say is the one and only reason i have anything negitive ever said about my company is because of people like this customer he is the reason now i have to be fearfull of my own custmers, i never took any deposit and never promised 12 fttrees to be installed and i spent 1400 dollars of my own money on his trees that he refused to let me plant or pay for, so sll i can say is he and his wife are one of 600 people i searvice a year and i have only had 3 or 4 unhappy custmers in my 10 years of being in bussines, so all i can do is learn from my mistakes and move on, but i have over a 100 happy angieslist custermers, so please give me a chance if you need any tree or landscaping. Needs thanks Robert"

In march 2012, I talked to bob, the owner of Tree Care Solutions, about cutting and trimming trees on my property. He mainly came out for trimming, and he gave me an estimate of $1995. I asked if he could do better, and he stated he could do the job for $1800. I accepted the offer. The day they were scheduled for the job, they showed up a hour and a half late.
They said theyd be using a large craine for $400. He kept telling me how much he was out for this job. The trimming was going OK for about two branches. They then stated the back limb was having trouble, that the crane could not reach. Bob said he would cut the old fashioned way. So they started cutting, after they came down they said were done. I objected, but he stated it was completed. I paid the $1800, because I trusted he would return to finish. Over the next two weeks that went by, I had received no answer back. After I called again to get the job completed, Bob started yelling at me and accused me of lying and cheating him. He calmed down a little, he agreed to pay back a little of the money. He agreed to come by the next day, and he never came back. Bottom line, he did not finish the job, he never removed the limb. He cut it and trimmed it, but he never removed it. He was accusing me of taking advantage of him for bringing the price down. I am a very disappointed customer.

"This man treated me like i was a slave to him and had to do extra if i expected to get paid and i went above. And beyondto please him', he also has a bussiness and was drunk by noon the day of work, witch was completed in full to his satisfaction, only the next day when he sobered up did the complaints. Come and then the threats, i guess he didntm metion i returned $200 dollars just to try to satisfy him. Read my other 10 reveiws and you will see ive only had two unsatisfied. Customers in 5 years with angeis list, please give me a chance and i will show you hes wrong for this review"

This is my second time contracting Robert and his crew (see my entry from 5/12/2010), everything went really great (just like the last time) and I am really pleased with how my new sod looks. I'll continue to hire Tree Care Solutions for all my landscaping needs!

Everything went great. They were very responsive, came out same day to give me a quote. In addition they did a call a few days later to double check that I got their insurance and called the day of to make sure I'd be home. A few days later he called yet again to make sure everything went well. It took them only 5-6 hours. They used no power equipment unless they had to. Grinding stumps clearly requires a machine. Chopping up large trunks requires a chipper. But all the limbs they trimmed or cut down were only done with small handheld blades, not power equipment. They cleaned up everything very well. They will get my return business most likely for several needs I have next spring and summer. No one else offered what he did at that price. These trees were huge and he wasn't concerned in the slightest. Also taking all the stump grindings was great, no one else would do that.

He kept me up to date by phone letting me know how things were going. He was very detail oriented; seemd to know exactly what he was doing and gave suggestions on how to save money. The area was cleaned up after they were done and they took everything with them. He was very confident, competent and reassuring during this difficult time. We plan on having him come out in the fall to plant another tree and check our other trees.

Almost amazing how they climb up in the trees with the chainsaw to do the work. They did a great job ... took them about 7 hrs and for $600 felt that price was fair.

It went great! Robert was good at making recommendations about work that should and should not be done. He recommended a new tree to be planted, and gave me the reasons which were well thought out. The work was done well, and was cleaned up. Robert supervised the work closely. The workers were respectful and efficient. They all went above and beyond what was expected. Good communication. We already recommended them to our neighbors!

I spoke to Robert and he gave me an estimate and date they would be out. They were very prompt and exactly on time. Robert told me it would take about 2 hours and it did. They had a wood chipper, grinding everything. The cleanup was great, You couldn't even tell they were here. I will use them again to trim trees and recommend to friends.

Everything went well. Prior to calling Tree Care Solutions I called mulitple tree removal companies out of the phone book and no one could even come close to the price that Robert quoted. I was very, very pleased with the services provided. Robert and his crew were excellent to work with and I will be calling his team back to do some landscaping construction in my backyard in the near future.
