The owner was helpful in choosing which units we should go with and was considerate in keeping the cost factor involved in the choice. He did not push for the more expensive way to go. The owner complained to the supplier because our original 80% efficient furnace ordered was damaged and a new one was late coming in so the supplier ended up giving us a 95% efficient furnace. The owner was always punctual and responsive to our calls. He kept me aware of status of the problem. After installation, he took care of a leak where we were losing coolant from an area inside the wall. He and partner took time and were determined to find out were the leak was. It was determined that this leak inside the wall had been there for a few years, and before installation of new air conditioner. His work was very neat and he re-did the plumbing so it was a better setup than before.
Description of Work: Downers Grove Heating installed a 95% efficient furnace, 13 Seer air conditioner, new medium air cleaner, new digital programmer thermostat, new humidifier and new piping required for the energy efficient furnace in July.
