Sears was good. We spent $99 for the garage door repair and then for the windows, it was about $13,000. They were timely. They got in and it was perfect. They were very clean and very courteous with both the install and then with the repair. They were very honest with what needed to be done. The other company was basically saying, "Oh, you need to replace your garage door," where they said, "No, we could fix it and just fix the tracking." For the garage, being told that we have to replace the whole things versus a $99 repair is a big difference. And then with the windows, we really did not compare. We just needed to get them. The quality of their service was good.

It wasn't so great. The refrigerator guy was great. The stove guy really didn't finish the job. We were just trying to get the gask to come out better, he fixed three of them but one he just couldn't fix. I don't know why, but he just left it. I would use someone else the next time. The price was kind of high, I think they could do better.

It went really well. The guy was great. He gave us some information about the line leading to the wall because it wasn't exactly secure and that it might be wise for us to replace it. We have a home insurance with them. They also came out to fix our dishwasher. When I called them back because I saw some more leaking, they came immediately, after a day or 2 after I called them. I guess I had a good experience with using them for the dishwasher that I called them for the dryer. I was happy and satisfied with the services they provided. He cleaned up after himself. He was polite and knowledgeable, he obviously knew what he was doing. He was efficient, he was not rushing but not taking our time.

I received a Thank You card from the sales person which was nice. I was pleased with their installation but we had to do some other things and fiddle around with the dryer exhaust before we could use the dryer, but that wasn't their fault. They came when they said they were going to come. That's really important to me that they show up when they say they will. I'd tell others to have Sears install their dryer. I've been buying from them for years and I'd go back again.

They did a very good job and gave me a good lifetime warranty.

Called the 800 service number in the owner's manual. Described the problem. The person looked up our records, found our address and what/when we had purchased, and quoted a price of $110. This seemed a little low, so I asked specifically if this included both parts and labor, and was told that it did. Repairman was late arriving, but had called ahead to let us know. Was not prepared with the proper parts; apparently the central office had the wrong info in their computer. Quoted an additional $400 for repairs - apparently, the $110 fee only covers them walking in the door. Since I was in the middle of painting my house I did not have the time to argue and paid the repairman to leave. I will never purchase anything from Sears again, and am attempting to repair the treadmill myself.

They are very courteous and up front with the cost. They originally wanted over $1,000 for the service. They gave us a discount after opening a Sears card. They even gave me a ride home when I needed it!

The delivery guys were very kind and pleasant. I also had a refrigerator that went bad, so I purchase a new freezer from them. They delivered this. I then called them to ask for a break down of the prices and how much money I saved. A robot came on and no one was there! I called the sales man and left a message with him with no response. The sales man never did call me back. Finally when I did speak with someone at Sears after calling the toll free number they kept transferring me to the wrong department! After 48 hours of calling them I finally spoke with someone! I am never buying from Sears again!
