I was going to have a new antenna installed but, it turns out, the antenna was OK it just needed a new connection. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. Prompt and reliable - I would recommend him to anyone.

I had an exisiting LAN network that had 3 cable lines that were damaged and need to be replace and I wanted one new line installed. I had been relying on WiFi for my for my TV streaming services and was waiting to install a TIVO Over The Air DVR/Streaming unit that required a wired ethernet connection to provide whole house viewing off one DVR. John came out to give a quote and said that he could the work while there, the price seemed a on the high side but since the Tivo was being delivered the next day I agreed. As it turned out John did an outstanding job in running the lines and neatly dressing them. I now have an a far superior and reliable network, so much better than Wifi. The number of hours John put in made what I thought was a higher than expected charge turned out to be more than reasonable. I would definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

John came out to give me a quote to install an antenna in the attic. I was ready to cut the cable after all these years. He showed up on time and did a great job, quickly. The basement was a little challenge, but he accomplished it. He spent time making sure all channels looked good on all 3 TV's. He cleaned up afterward. Nice job, John. I would definitely recommend Net 1.

Quick, knowledgeable service. John saw the problem (a broken cable), quickly fixed it and then proceeded to adjust my antenna so I had the best reception. I would highly recommend Net 1.

John was great - he came on time and did the work efficiently. In addition to installing a new antenna on our roof, he took down the old Dish Network dish and was able to use the existing bracket and cables, which saved me money. He also tidied up the cables alongside the house and in our basement where they came through the wall (including a phone cord which was in an inconvenient spot previously). And the main thing - we now have clear over-the-air channels, including those that broadcast in HD. Highly recommend!

Working with Net1 was great. The service was quick and the picture quality is awesome. The antenna is not intrusive at all, barely even noticeable. He even fixed a cable wall outlet that Comcast left hanging out of the wall

Great service! John explained all our options very clearly and finished the work in no time. There was never any pressure to upgrade equipment or systems. He was able to connect our old antenna and we now have excellent reception. We are very pleased and will definitely use Net 1 again in the future when we upgrade our system. John was very quick and knew what he was doing unfortunately in came the storm John went and got something to eat until the storm moved and even though still slightly raining completed the job and I had better over the air then I did in my previous home with two antenna's. Quick to respond great communication, made sure everything was to my satisfaction and I felt it was a great deal. I highly recommend!

The installer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He tested all equipment installed with me before leaving the premises. He also told me to make sure we called if there were any issues found after the install.

John just left my house. I'd like to sit and watch TV in awe, but I figured I should give him props before I do so. I didn't have live TV for the past 4 yrs. I decided to finally get an antenna installed. He cam a week ago, spent an hour discussing what he could do, what I wanted, options. He gave me the estimate, the name of the antenna he'd install (he used the digitenna Fringe with amp) and he gave the potential install date. He came ON TIME. he spent 3 hrs installing the outdoor antenna and then cleaned up all of my AV systems inc wiring. There was A LOT to clean up. He showed me how to properly use the nice set up of equiptment that I already had in place. I convinced myself I didn't care about surround sound...until he showed me how to use my system. WOW!!! Now I understand why people want it!!! He was even so thoughtful to take his shoes off in my house even for all the back and forth to his truck. I certainly have no clean up to do now that he left. Guess I'll go watch TV now! Thanks, John.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Did not receive the results I expected, and paid double the amount of other bids.

John replaced a rooftop TV antenna. He is responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and just about whatever else you want a contractor to be. When he found he could re-use the antenna's still-good mount, he reduced his original quote. He made sure that the TVs connected to the new antenna worked properly. Excellent job!

I had an obsolete, 33 foot tall antenna on my roof that I wanted removed. John stopped by my house and took a look and made a difficult job appear easy.
