Description of Work: Used Stan's to craft and install iron panels/railing for our balcony. They were very professional and had great communication across all phases. They showed up on time to give the estimate, worked very closely with us to match the design we showed them and were ready to schedule the install ahead of schedule! The actual panels are beautifully done. Very happy with our experience and would use Stan's again no question.

Description of Work: Had a small metal inset piece that had broken off a table base. I took the piece to the Stan's Welding shop and was given quick info on the metals in the piece and how the could fix it. They welded it while I waited. Could not have asked for better or more courteous service. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Repaired a front gate, repaired primed and painted a front stair well and a rear metal stair well, and installed an automatic closure for the gate.

 + -1 moreI was so busy at work and had to communicate with Stan via phone or email. He came and measured and his crew came back two or three days later to remove the damaged panels, replace them with the ones prepared at his shop, and paint. I mentioned that the gate needed to be aligned and if he could also replace eight of the missing points on the other side of the fence. His crew did at no extra charge. When I came home that evening, I was so pleased to see a project well done.
Description of Work: Stan replaced three panels of my front wrought iron fence damaged and mangled by a fallen tree during the Aug 26, 2007 storm.

 + 0 moreStan met me at the job site on time. He gave me a quick estimate and told me it might be possible to complete the job the same day. Just as he promised, his crew showed up late afternoon and finished the job same day. I was very pleased to find the gate finished when I got home same evening.
Description of Work: Iron gate door did not close properly. Stan came out right away, identified the problem, and offered to weld an additional support across the top of the gate, move the support bracket, sand and paint the gate for $200.

Description of Work: Had our old front stairs taken out, which were concrete treads on metal. Had new metal stairs put in and added risers. They were then primed and painted black. Stan even painted our railing for no charge.

 + -1 moreIt took Stan's crew a couple of hours to do the work. When they were done, the lock worked perfectly and everything is very solid. They cleaned the area up afterward. I'd definitely use them again.
Description of Work: My side gate was damaged by the gas company. They knocked the outer pole out of alignment so that the lock no longer catch the gate. Stan recommended putting a cross bracket in place and building up the catch so that the gate would lock.

His estimate was accurate and when more work was needed than originally planned, he did not take advantage of the situation and gave us a very fair price. Stan was very quick, thorough, and honest. He took pride in his work.
Description of Work: Stan repaired our wrought iron gate and fence from top to bottom. He also repaired the concrete that the fence was in. When all the repair work was complete, he sanded and painted the entire fence.

Description of Work: Stanley made three gate door repairs at three different locations. He visited each location and gave me the price for all three. He broke down the price for each location. I called him a few days later and gave him the okay. His worker called me and scheduled the work to be done in two days. I verified the work was completed. Very easy to contact and very easy to deal with.
