The guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything to me so I not only felt involved in what was happening, but I felt comfortable about what needed to be done, because a part did need to be replaced. They were quick as well. I will definitely use this company again for my regular cleaning, and when I'm ready to get an AC put in I will call them as well! ** 2015 I did go back to Freedom to have my furnace and water replaced with higher efficiency, direct vent appliances, and also purchased an AC system. Not only was the price great, but the guys were quick, tidy and very knowledgeable! This is a great company to work with :)

The company was on time and started work right away. They called me to let me know they were in the area and headed to my house. The gentleman got to work and broke down everything to me. He answered all my questions and showed me what was going on with me furnace.

Scheduling was great! They came out to complete the work as scheduled. There was a large thunderstorm and they couldn’t complete the job and and had to come back. The job was completed in a couple of hours. Overall, my experience with them was great!

This is the second time we used Freedom. I had an Angie's deal the first time. Now I will stick with them!

Scheduling the appointment was easy. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He answered some questioned, cleaned the furnace and we talked a little bit about replacing our furnace and some of the options. Ours is getting old and we've been talking about it for a couple years now.

Have a very difficult situation and met with their tech Sean. He was excellent and gave me some very good advice. I could just tell that he cared about my situation, took his time, and knew a lot about HVAC. I would not hesitate to call this company in the future for any of my heating and cooling needs.

The person was on time and polite. He did the services efficiently. When I asked about the cost of replacing our old furnace he provided requested information and a quote. service and cleaning $55 for Angie's Deal, $49 for pad and additional service to the humidifier. A good price. I was happy with the service and would recommend them!

Bill was able to come repair our furnace same-day. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was doing. He also gave pointers on other parts that he was not repairing. A+.
