Great - They were on time, very efficient and answered all questions.

Ok - arrived on time and cleaned up after install complete. The first service call insstalled the new furnace and the second the A/C.

Things went very well. Willie and Nick were very efficient and I would continue to do business with the company.

Tests were explained to me thoroughly. Diagnosis was clear.

It was just the $29 big deal. It was a good experience. They were nice and very informative. I will probably use them again. The service man was good and he gave us all the information. It was a pleasant an experience. It was a good deal.

They came in and were here about 8 hours and did a real nice job all around.

Things are always more involved than you might expect with an old house. I haven't encountered a repair job that has been straightforward as long as I've lived here. Everything is piped in, wired in, or otherwise put together in some idiosyncratic way that makes it a bigger job than anticipated. That said, I knew I was in for an tough day when I called Freedom H/C to have them take care of my boiler heating. I have a boiler that was shipped in from West Germany, when that was a thing that could be said. And the pipes feeding into that piece of West German engineering are 90 years old, which is something no one should be able to say. Anything could have gone wrong today, but very little did. Sean (our tech, who I can't recommend enough) was patient, kind, answered all of my questions, troubleshot all the problems, and didn't leave until he was sure we were taken care of. He put up with a lot in terms of silly old house nonsense, charged us very fairly and reasonably, and made very good things happen with a boiler and heating system that has confounded us and lots of lesser technicians for years. We had other techs come out and look at these things, and they never really got it, they never really diagnosed what was wrong, and thusly things were just limping along. Now things work. Sean is that difference. So glad I called them.

They arrived when they said they would and we had great communications with them when they left to get the parts required to repair the system. The service call went past 5:00 and there was a shift change of technicians and the change was seamless. They were friendly and professional and once they were done and gone I felt totally comfortable knowing the repair was done correctly and I would not have any further issues with that problem. I have asked them to contact me this fall to start to perform annual heating systems checkups.

This was a great overall experience. The company returned my call in a timely manner, we were able to schedule a time on a weekend for no additional charge, and they were prompt on their arrival. The technician that came out was polite and professional and didn't mind that I stuck around and asked questions as he was doing the service. He even taught me how to do it myself for the most part. I will definitely use them again and am nothing but pleased with the service I received. So much so, that I had them come back out to install a whole home humidifier which was also a great experience.

Bill was punctual, friendly and applied in laymans terms what was wrong and how he was going to make repairs. He also made changes for improvements and applied the maintenance plan. He took the time to listen. Overall, very pleased!

I had 2 other companies out previously to look at the boiler. Those companies said the boiler needed replaced. Freedom told me that all I needed to do was hose down the boiler because it was clogged. That worked just fine and has been for the last 3 years. They try to troubleshoot and repair the issue as opposed to just trying to sell you new equipment. They are very responsive and easy to schedule with.
