Willie is one of the best HVAC technicians! He really knows and understands the HVAC system, and is able to explain it in a way that someone with NO HVAC experience can understand. He really has a knack for making the complicated understandable. He was also trustworthy and honest. I didn't feel as if he was trying to "sell" me. He instead gave me his honest opinion and assessment of my system. He enjoys what he is doing and it shows! Thank you Willie for the great service! Freedom Heating and Cooling will be my go to company for future HVAC services. I sincerely and whole heartily recommend Freedom Heating and Cooling and especially Willie.

We bought couple of appointments with Freedom through an Angie's List deal. The technician was prompt, explained everything he was doing and did a great job. It was quick and painless. We will be using them again in the future.

I purchased this service as one of Angie's List's Big Deals. I've used Freedom before, and this was one of the best deals available for a clean and check by a company with many positive reviews. Everything went well. Scheduling was a breeze, the technician arrived on time, and he worked quickly and quietly. He said everything looks fine and didn't try to sell any unnecessary products or services. I'm glad I decided to go with this company again, and I won't hesitate to do so in the future if the price is reasonable (as it certainly was in this case!).

Making a service appointment to have furnace inspected and cleaned was easy; received a phone reminder the day before. Sean, who serviced the furnace, was professional and thorough. You would hope that all service experiences could be as good as this was. Would highly recommend Freedom Heating & Cooling Inc.

Freedom heating and cooling cleaned and tuned up my furnace. Willie did a good job. He took his time to explain to me everything about my furnace and what I need to do to maintain it.

When I called the company to schedule the service I spoke to someone in the office. I asked if they could come out around 4:30 pm the woman in the office told me they would not be able to make an appointment that late. I was very dissatisfied with the answer she gave me because I have used them in the past and they did come later time.

They showed up well after the 3-hour window without letting me know they were going to be late. Brought a different humidifier than agreed upon that was $100 more expensive than the one I was told I was getting. So I spent 10 min to call their office - I was told it was an "upgrade". It's not an upgrade if you're making me pay $100 more and we didn't agree to it. While I was on the phone with their office, the guys - who kept us waiting 3.5hours - packed up and decided to leave the job undone even though they told me the job would be 2.5 hours and they were there less than 1 hour. Then they tried to tell me to reschedule after 5 hours of nothing. Worst possible experience, felt like I was getting cheated at every turn, terrible customer service, and service man was unpleasant to me in front on my 3 year old. NOT RECOMMENDED.

He did a nice job cleaning it. However, he gave me a quote for a new furnace but would not give me any details on the model he said I needed. When I called the office, they said that I would need to speak to the technician. Sorry, but if I am going to spend $4K, I'd like a flyer or product spec sheet and someone to answer my questions.

It went great! The technician (Willie) called before arriving, arrived on time, and explained everything as he was doing it. He found we needed to change our humidifier filter, and Willie was clear on the pricing before changing. Both the Big Deal, and the cost of the filter were incredibly reasonable. We have been looking for a new HVAC company, and we have found it with Freedom Heating & Cooling!

fantastic service. professional, on-time, and knowledgeable, 2nd furnace had a small attic crawl space that necessitated some creative maneuvering to even get into.....all said, inspections went well and i thought the cost was reasonable even including ladder charge. Sean was great - super detailed and very easy to talk to when you had questions.

Freedom was very professional in both of my encounters with them. Purchased an A/C tune up package and an HVAC 1 year service plan with them when we purchased our two flat home. With the A/C they identified a problem (simple) with one of the units and quickly fixed it. Very transparent when diagnosing and pricing the repair. For the HVAC tuneup, again they were very professional and made a few suggestions of things to look for/repair without in any way being pushy - we declined for the time being without any hassle. They have always been prompt and courteous when scheduling and performing their visits.

The service guy came out and checked my furnace. He came on time and did terrific job. He even gave me a some advice on the maintenance and troubleshooting of the furnace. i liked that very much. Would use this company again.

It was great! Provider scheduled service the same week I purchased deal. Completed thorough check of 2 AC units in our home. Found a small leak and fixed that day.

Quoted me $2700.00 for a new Lennox furnace. Was very over priced. Got new Bryant furnace for $1800.00and was already installed by a different company. Also the Tech disconnected my air conditioner when he was inspecting it.

Excellent information. My furnace has been whistling since it was installed. Very annoying. The original installer and several HVAC people have been here since and no one was able to remedy the situation. The service person from Freedom immediately spotted the problem and showed me how changing the size of the filters would eliminate the whistle. WOW, much quieter operation now.

My technician Rick was on time and pleasant. He vacuumed, cleaned and inspected the unit and changed the pad on the dehumidifier. What I liked he was thorough and even though I have an old system there was no talk about "you know you should think about replacing it". I brought up the subject first and he was able to give me an estimate and answered all my questions. I would use again and am considering them for replacing my furnace.

The technician was prompt and very professional. He was thorough in his work and explained everything well. He answered all my questions and I felt I paid a fair price for the work completed. I plan to call this company again in future for maintenance or repairs.

Wille was early for his appointment which was great. He walked me through his process and was very knowledgeable. process took a little out 1 hour.

This company is great. I was scheduled on a Thursday, but they called me on Tuesday and said they had a crew in my area and if I was home and available, they could come out that day. How often does a company actually come out EARLIER than they say they will? I love it! And then the gentlemen did a great job in cleaning the units (one is ALWAYS filthy so it takes awhile to get it clean) and checking to make sure they are working properly. They were very respectful of our home and our time, and I really appreciate that.
