Came a bit later than he said he would, said he got stopped by a train... For 45 minutes??? Otherwise, did a good job and wrote out suggested repairs for the furnace.

Came on time, diagnosed the problem, and explained the solution in a straightforward manner - very efficient.

They told me what I may or may not have to look out for and that was it. That was my first time I ever used them. I called them back because they gave me good service and got another Big Deal. The technician was real knowledgeable and explained in detail real good. He explained the different mechanisms of the furnace and how it worked and what it would go wrong and why it sounded like this.

On time, here come comes Sean happy to be working on Blackfriday. At least it was not snowing he says... He put on his slippers and went right to work. Polite and very knowledgeable. Completed our inspection in a timely manner, tested the fan and motor, changed our air filter, tested the heating unit, thermostat and electrical components, aspirated the dust and off he went. Truly a nice guy, knowledgeable and accurate. We highly recommend Freedom and Sean as a provider of heating and cooling services and repair.

the team was professional, communicative and knowledgable. my units are 15 years old and a bit quirky. repairs were made - and when another issue popped up, the team was right back and took care f it. they also provided options and ideas for moving forward.

The gentleman arrived on time, and was very polite. He took his time to repair the furnace, cleaning it. I really liked that he took time to vacuum the cobwebs off the area. This was a revelation to me as I have a lot of cobwebs everywhere. He assessed the water heater's temperature and its status. Very good experience Thank you for the recommendation

Sean was very prompt, polite and professional. As I also had some carbon monoxide/smoke detectors that needed to be installed, I asked him where the best placement would be in relation to the furnace (didn't want alarms to go off in the middle of the night!). He spent about 15 minutes walking through my home double-checking where I was going to put them would be the best place. Then he started to work on the furnace. He was amazed that my furnace was still in such good condition, since he found a GE sticker that said it had been manufactured in 1983 -- in fact, he even took a picture of it! He took carbon monoxide readings at the beginning and end of the servicing to be sure all was safe. He was very informative, responsive to my questions, and liked my dog. Can't get better than that! ;0)

Tech showed up on time, as promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave may handy pointers.

Could not have been better. Willie from Freedom Heating and Cooling came and spent about 90 minutes or so with my furnace. Mine is an old unit from the 80's and has not been well maintained. It was immaculate when he was finished. He also made sure it was in good working condition. He advised me on what to look for when i do need to purchase a new unit and gave me the plain honest facts about the process. Thank you Willie. I appreciate very much what you did for me.

The tehician was at our home at the time scheduled and went over all the details of the work order before he checked the furnace. No repairs were required. he tightened up a few loose screws on the exhaust piping at no extra charge. He was in and out in 45 minutes tops. Most importantly, the technician didn't try to sell us any additional services or equipment, he just did the work he was supposed to do. Very professional and trustworthy service!

Freedom set the bar when it comes to service. My wife and I just bought our first home and had some issues with our furnace and hot water heater. I called Freedom on a Sunday a bit in a panic and someone actually answered the phone. This amazed me as I expected to get a voicemail. The woman on the phone said she could move up our scheduled annual furnace maintenance to have someone out the next day to take a look at the problem. Sean arrived on time and was extremely friendly the entire time. He took the time to explain what he was doing so that I could better understand how my furnace works. We had already scheduled an annual maintenance on the furnace, Sean gave me a few tips to keep a look out for as the winter comes. I can't express enough how great the service was. I wish all service providers had the same level of know how and professionalism. Thank you and keep up the great work!

They can have a yearly maintenance program that is less expensive.

Well worth the money spent! The technician was thorough and knowledgeable on what my furnace needed, what should be done, and how I could get better results out of the unit. I will be using them for any HVAC services I need in the future.

The technician was great. I scheduled the appointment and he was able to come out the following week. He arrived on time and did a great job while explaining to me what he was doing and how I should maintain it during the year

The technician who performed the check-up missed the malfunction of a switch but Shean came in on the second day (Sat) and fixed it without additional charge.

Very good communication on phone throughout the process. The technician who came over (Willie) was personable and professional. I appreciated that the put those paper booties on his shoes before coming in. He explained everything; how the furnace worked, what to look for, what he was doing, what kind of filter to go out and buy and why, etc. It all got done in about 40 minutes. My furnace was working well and didn?t need repairs. He did go in and clean the lines and points. I?m definitely calling these guys back in the Spring for the AC.

Freedom Heating & Cooling got back to me very quickly and scheduled the service. Both times I phoned them after I knew I didn't need the service - the first time to ask whether I could get a refund (they said "sure, just contact Angie's List"), the second to cancel the service call - they were courteous and cheerful.

They did a great job. Arrived on time. Got right to work. I had purchased a deal for a cleaning and check up on one furnace and the company gave me the same price to do the second furnace unit. Did a great job of keeping me informed of what he was doing and what he found. One sensor was a little dirty. Instead of immediately telling me to replace it, he cleaned it and then tested it to make sure it was working properly, then warned me it would probably need replacing next year. I will use them again in spring when it comes time to crank up the A/C.
