Service was great. They arrived when they said, walked me through what they were doing, were pleasant when advised there was an additional furnace to service.

They were on time, courteous, professional and fixed everything in a timely manner.

Showed up on time. Complimented us on quality of furnace and furnace filters. Gave furnace a clean bill of health and left home as clean as he found it.

Very satisfied with service and I have them come annually to service my boiler. I first contacted them through Angie's List and have been using them ever since. Again, very satisfied with service.

I purchased the $69 furnace check and tune-up. Willie, the service technician was on-time, friendly and professional. Service was performed as advertised. He was very thorough, and also found an issue regarding the already-installed humidifier. Basically, the way it had been installed, it was unserviceable as is. He recommended, that if it was not currently being used, to have it removed. He provided a written estimate based on hourly rate. A couple of weeks later, I contacted Freedom Heating & Cooling, to have the humidifier removed, and they sent out Willie, the same technician. The price for the removal, was $225.25 and was reasonable for the job and work involved. Willie was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Great. Furnace started squeaking very loudly. I purchased the discount tune-up and they agreed to take a look at the noise. The tech explained the problem and provided a cost for a new part, options to replace the furnace (which is 18 years old) and the worst case scenario if I decided to ride it out. Since I live alone and winter is almost over, I decided to ride-it-out. Hopefully old girl will keep working until the weather warms up and someone (possibly these guys???) will run an off season special.

Great experience. Can't remember the Tech's name, but he was fantastic. Gave us a lot of free advice and spent time with us. I will definitely use Freedom again and I highly recommend it.

Willie called when he was 30 min away & waiting time window explained what was wrong & fix it quickly.

The technician said that the flame/ignition sensor needed to be replaced, however afterwards I found out by another technician that it could have just been cleaned. So it didn't need to be replaced, and I spent more than I should have.

Freedom charged me $105 for an $8 part. I selected them through an Angie's Deal--low price for maintenance check. I expected some inflation for replacement parts. However, this is too high. Essentially, I sought a company I could trust with yearly maintenance. I will not ask this company to return.

We had our furnace serviced & our heat exchanger was showily signs of wear. They explained the risks gave us a price & came out to replace right away.

Got a new furnace installed.Both the technicians were very professional.At the end of the installation I mentioned to the Technician that our Humidifier is not working.They replaced the filter and made sure the humidifier was working.They did not charge me for the filter or for their service.
