He was very thorough. He took his time. I mean, I don't know if you know what these things usually cost, but I mean I think I paid 27 dollars for it, and the guy was here for- whatever it was. Usually it cost about 100 dollars and this guy was here for the longest time he checked everything thoroughly. In fact he was so good that I called his office to let them know what a great job he did after he left. They were just awesome. He called me when he was on his way. He come within the window that I was given. I mean everything about it was wonderful.

When the technicians arrived on time, they got right to work. They cleaned and checked two furnaces and 1 hot water heater. Once they finished the technician reviewed what they had done, and any discoveries they had made. I knew my water heater was on it's way out, and that was verified, as he was not a salesman he referred me to call the office if I was interested as they did that type of work. I did end up calling for a price, and was so appreciative of the response which was that at the time they were too busy and could not take on the work, but provided a name and reference of another service provider that could do the work. This to me is a customer service oriented company and that response speaks volumes of there dedication to their quality of service and commitment to customers.

Great... it was too cold to do the AC so will have them back in spring but the water heater and furnace are in good shape for the cold weather we've been having.

I woke up Monday morning to a very cold condo. I called Freedom and they had a serviceman out within a couple of hours. Guillermo was great! Very professional and courteous. He had my furnace up and running in no time. He even turned my fireplace on for me! I will definitely be using them in the future.

They missed the first appointment due to getting stuck at another job, but were good about rescheduling. Willie was very professional and on time. He did a good job of explaining what work was being done and was clean and friendly.

Everything went very well. Rick informed me about my blower and did everything he could to heat my home. He provided great customer service!

Called Freedom first thing in the morning and even though they were swamped with calls, they were able to send a tech an hour or two after my call. Willie quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and at a reasonable rate. It was just in time as windchills were close to zero Tonight. Thank you Willie and Freedom. I will definitely call you for all future service calls.

Couldn't have been better. With a big snow storm coming in, they called the night before to forewarn that they may be behind schedule or need to cancel. In the morning, my appointment was confirmed as a go and a tech, Willie, showed in the time frame scheduled. Willie was extremely competent, well trained, and willing to discuss and have me understand the inner workings of the furnace and what he was doing. He pointed out what new parts were recently installed and evaluated its overall health. I was completely impressed. I'll look to Freedom the next time I need HVAC work!

We always ask that they call before they get here because we have two large dogs to lock up. We receive a call 20 minutes before they come which gives us plenty of time to take care of the dogs. We love that when we pick the morning time slot they have been here early which gives us our day to do other errands. The technician that we have had the past year or so is very friendly, does a great job in cleaning, and is very friendly. We are extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend Freedom.
