Description of Work: I recommend Freedom Heating to everyone. My 19 year old furnace was replaced which required a lot of work hooking up the new smaller furnace. They did a great job and the hvac in my house is noticeably improved. I asked them for a second opinion after Four Seasons told me I needed the furnace replaced for a minimum of $5600. He was going to install a 90K BTU furnace when I only needed 70K. |Willie at Freedom explained all the options among the different furnace types and what affects the hvac in the whole house. All the employees were very professional. They were able to install the furnace 3 days later to fit my schedule. |Dealing with major home repairs is daunting and at least uncomfortable if not intimidating. The whole experience with Freedom was pleasant and comfortable. I felt respected rather than feeling possibly taken advantage of because I am a single female homeowner. Ladies, these are your hvac guys.

Description of Work: Sean (sp?) checked and cleaned my furnace. He replaced a flame sensor for $85. - showed my mine and explained why it should proactively be replaced, but never high pressure about it. Upon learning that my thermostat battery had died earlier in the week, he suggested an annual replacement timed with my smoke detector replacement, which I thought was a great idea. I was pleased with the service.
