Thanks so much for your review, there is a misconception that all companies seem to want to do is to up sell on products. If you can imagine in our perspective, we must be able to let our customers know of upcoming issues in order to try to avoid your furnace possibly not working at some point during the cold months. A good way to look at it, if you were to bring your car into the dealer for a tune up, and the mechanic to a look around and noticed your breaks were on the verge of failure, would that be something of importance to know? And when the mechanic makes that observation, he will always let you know what the cost would be to make those repairs in case you will want to have it done in the future or even to compare prices to others. In every way we are in the same, it would be counter productive if we were to not let our customers know what issues could arise in the future. We here do realize there are many companies that are hungry for your business and there may be some out there that make up problems that may not exist in order to make money, we actually would rather keep our customers for their needs in the future and It would work against us to do business any other way. We do thank you for expressing how you feel, every opportunity to learn is a great one and from this we have learned so much. Have a great Holiday season.

Description of Work: Cleaned a furnace and a boiler. While cleaning furnace technician said the filter on the humidifier needed to be replaced - he did not bring in the new part than replaced he took the part to his truck than came back. I would prefer if he brought in the new part in its box to show he is replacing it. I do like the overal price of the cleaning and was extremely happy that they showed up towards the beginning of the window they gave.
