Description of Work: Sean was the most pleasant, knowledgeable, interested, insightful professional workman I have ever had in my home. The response time from Freedom was incredible! Mike, the intake person, communicated immediately with Sean who communicated with us within an hour or two of making the appointment. He was extremely friendly, easygoing, understanding, and patient with our schedule and individual situation. When he arrived he was very careful to listen to what was going on and what our concerns were. He noted from our conversations that we were interested in learning what occurred with our furnace so we could have a better understanding should anything else happen. He explained everything very clearly in layman's terms as he went along inside of the furnace. He explained what parts needed to be replaced and why and the cost to me with my AL discount. He retrieved the parts from his truck, fixed the problem and posted detailed information about the furnace and what he repaired, in our furnace room. Sean is really good at his job, it really shows in his demeanor and level of professionalism. Freedom should be very proud to have a person like Sean on their team.
