Description of Work: I have used Freedom several times now. Although the maintenance package they sell on Angie's list is a good deal, every time they always identified extra items that will cost you hundreds more. When they sounded reasonable I went along with it. What made me keenly aware of this practice is that now they want to charge additional $125 to clean one AC unit, before even assessing how much cleaning needs to be done. I have had the units serviced yearly many times before and cleaning is always part of the maintenance. Even Freedom did not previously charge extra for cleaning an AC, and now they ran out of other excuses to charge extra. The Angie's list deal is for them to come to the door, and they will find reasons to charge you hundreds more. Be prepared. The quality of work depends wildly on the technician who shows up.
