Just great! Sam was on time and explained everything to us.

It went well. The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable, and they were very careful to remove their shoes when walking on our new carpet (something I cannot say for many of the contractors we have had in the house). Time will tell if the wife feels the ducts are clean to her satisfaction, but so far so good.

They were on time, worked quickly, and were friendly and professional.

Called them, they answered the phone right away. Worked w/our crazy Saturday work schedule. On day of service they called and asked if they could come and hour earlier, but we were still at work. They did arrive at our home about 2:30pm but were scheduled for 2pm. The technician was great, tested different parts of the furnace and gave detailed information. He also replaced a couple of parts in the furnace that were weak. We also bought the deal where they will come in spring and check the AC. It was included in the price of what we paid when they came for the furnace. Would definiteley use them again.....the only thing I did not like is that when technician was done, he gave us an Angies's list report to fill out.....but work they did was great!

Old furnace was not worth repairing. They came out in 2 days & installed new furnace. They were quick & professional. Price seemed reasonable.

Three men came and started around 9:30 am and completed all the work by 3:00 pm. Outstanding job; this is an outstanding company. I will call them to come in the spring; every room is cool and the humidity is down.

All interactions were great. Everyone was on time, both for the quote and install.

Freedom came out and told me my old air conditioning unit was shot and that my best bet would be to purchase a new unit. The technician then quoted me a price and said he could probably install it the next day. When I then had someone else come over to look at the unit they discovered that two electrical wires running into the unit had been switched. Since the unit had worked earlier that spring it meant someone must had switched the wire at some point. This second technician then stated that whoever was out first (Freedom) either switched wires deliberately or did not know what they were doing. This second technician simply switched the wires and the unit has been working great the rest of the summer. Essentially, Freedom didn't spot a problem and almost sold me a new unit.
