No service was performed. The company did not service my area. My zip code was included then I was informed later they did not service my area, it would have nice to know before I paid for the service. I fault Angie’s list for not doing their home work what’s the use of using the zip code and no one bothers to notice that the company does not service this area.

I originally bought two Big Deals for HVAC work, but later had to cancel. This company's representative was very polite, prompt in calling and prompt in returning calls.

Guillermo and Art were very pleasant, explained what they were doing and what would be best. They were clear and helpful.

The 2-man crew was on time, brought separate boots for in-home work, were careful about moving equipment in the house, respectful and moved efficiently through the house (furnace on 3rd floor & boiler in basement). All work was completed in about an hour.

We made an appointment for yesterday and they did not show up. I am not interested in working with a company who does not call and can’t make their appointments. They were completely unresponsive.

Rich was helpful in discussing the potential noise source as well as going over the heater/humidifier setup. Quite a happy accident was his discovery that my water line to the humidifier was off. Oops!
