On first diagnosis we thought he added a liner and cap. On follow up, we found he only added cap. So, the honesty of the technician saved me about $800.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was fine. They were just prompt and very professional.

Sam & son n came on time & had to go to our condo office to drop off proof of insurance forms b/c i didn't know they need those. He was so accommodating & helpful, working me through the whole appt.

Sam was courteous & knowledgeable. He explained some potential problems with the ac units, but with no pressure to do the additional work.

Process went well, however the piece we got was faulty so we needed to get another replacement.

The company quickly contacted us to schedule an appointment after we purchased an Angie's List deal. They arrived on time and outlined our options clearly (repair vs. replacement). Although the original service appointment was for an AC tune-up, they were able to replace our old unit with a new one the same day. We will definitely use them again for future AC needs.

Our experience with them was ok. I would not use them in the future or recommend them to others. They took an extremely long time to do the work and charged us more money than what was stated in the deal. They showed up on time but for the length of time it took it was an inconvenience.

It was a fine job, I had no issues. They were nice guys and did the work they were supposed to do.

The most disappointing part of this transaction is I feel duped. I bought a 'Big Deal' from Angie's list that promised; "$49 Service & Check". The company treated my $49 as a down payment and proceeded to charge me an additional $199 for the coolant. As if that wasn't bad enough, the provider completely missed my appointment window and actually completely forgot my appointment. Only after I called to complain did they send someone out. Admitting error they gave me a 15% discount. Which means they were ready to charge me $230 + $49 to Angie's List!

the guys were great. I had another company come in and all they want to do was sell me two new HAVC unit, I was told I need to replace both HAVC units even thought they were only 7 years old!! Freedom came in suggest to make the necessary repairs instead. I went with Freedom suggestion and everything came out great. The guys were responsive and they do excellent work. Freedom also came back last week to take of a small leak due to condensation at no charge, it was covered by their warranty. Go with Freedom, they will stand behind their work and take care of you for sure.

This was the first of Angie's Big Deals we purchased -- $49 for a furnace/AC/ or Water heater tune up. We chose to have the furnace serviced. Right afer we purchased the deal, Rita at Freedom contacted us to set up an appointment. She also confirmed the appointment the day before, and Sam, who did the work, called the morning of the appointment to give an update on when he expected to be at the house. Sam was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He conducted the check up, discovered one part that needed replacing and did that on the spot, and cleaned the furnace. The whole process took about 90 minutes. We were relieved to find the furnace was in good shape, since we had not had it serviced since buying the house a few years ago. We plan to use Freedom to service the A/C unit and also clean the ducts in the coming months. It was a great experience.

The service was satisfactory, the only issue I had was the schedule service time was not met. My scheduled time was a window between 10am and 12pm, they did not arrive until 1:30pm.

Stay AWAY from this company! The prices they charge are crazy - the guy quoted me 200$ for a capacitor that sells for 20$. He tried to justify it by saying that he has to come to my house etc, but I bought their 50$ inspection deal that includes coming to my house and getting on my roof to inspect my air conditioner. Also, after their fixes, it takes hours to cool my house even by one degree - having trouble getting response from them now. Finally, on the Big Deal, they charge extra 40$ if they need to go up to the roof - which is not in their Big Deal when you buy it. Should've been a big red sign for me immediately.
