We purchased a house in February that had not been lived in for almost a year. In addition, I don't think the air ducts had been cleaned in at least 20 years. They were filthy and blowing black soot onto the carpets. We had everything cleaned, including the furnace and now there is no black soot on the new carpeting. Plus, the furnace runs much quieter and more efficiently. I would have thought a few years ago that this was an unnecessary expense until I saw the before and after of the air ducts. The guys did a great job. In addition, the lady who schedules appointments could not have been nicer. After I purchased the deal, she called within a few days to schedule the appointment. When I said we weren't quite ready, she made a note to call me in a month, and we then scheduled the appointment. I was very impressed with her and she reflects the company well. We will recommend them and use them again if needed.

Overall, the technicians were very polite, professional, punctual, efficient, and explained the whole process. Being a new homeowner, I haven't had cause in the past to choose repair services. However, I was pretty annoyed that the problem wasn't fixed the first time and I had to have them out a week later to fix something else that I thought would have been diagnosed in the beginning.

Went Well. The crew were hard workers. Overall left things a little dirty with slight dust and debris behind. Kept trying to up-sell additional services which came a little annoying, but overall was happy with the work.

It went great! They installed a new AC unit on the same day as the service call which was less than 24 hours after the initial call. The service tech was very good. He explained everything that was needed to repair the unit very clearly. Since the unit was over 25 years old, we decided to install a new high efficiency unit. Within two hours the new unit was delivered and in a few hours we had wonderful, cool air! They could not have been any more professional or courteous. They treated my home with care and respect and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. A great Job from a great Company!!

Sam arrived late due to being busy but called with estimated time of arrival. He and assistant worked efficiently, did a thorough job. Fixed the problem and explained all issues and made suggestions for routine maintenance.

On time, courteous service, explained everything and tips to maintain unit, very professional, cleaned up work area exemplary of his service visits should be.

William was on time and very polite. He talked me through each step and explained in detail what was wrong. Very informative and helpful. The working furnace is super clean and hopefully will extend the life one more year!

Overall, the service was very good. They were clean and on-time and seemed very capable. My only hesitation was that the first person they sent was a little bit rude about the Angie's List deal. We had purchase the special deal and it included cleaning, but the guy argued with me about it until I showed him my receipt. He then grumbled a bit, but did the work. Other than that, he was very courteous and professional. The second guy they sent (for the spring AC inspection) was awesome. Super friendly and helpful and just really great. So, overall, I think they did a really good job and I'll just assume the first guy wasn't fully updated on the deal and the addition of more work that he didn't expect threw him off for a few minutes.

The service went fine. They did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do. They wanted to replace a condenser, and I did not let them do that because I thought their price was high, but for what they did, they did a good job. I paid them extra for the gas because the deal did not include that. The deal was fine, but the price on the part they wanted to install was not fine. They wanted $150, and I found the parts online for $30. They were friendly.

Came out right away- Everything is working great- very knowledgeable- surge protecters were a bit pricey- would negotiate the surge protector- otherwise all good!

Freedom H&C had a deal on Groupon and we took advantage of the inspection & service. He was a little chatty but did an efficient job. He did not try to up sell me, but gave me the info I needed.

Danny was personable, professional and informative. Pleased with service performed.

Willy the technician was very good about explaining what he was going to do and gave me recommendations for improving the heating and cooling. He made sure I understood how the new thermostat worked. He explained how to know what was operating and how long it took to take effect. He showed me how to replace the filter and when.

Danny did an excellent job explaining not only what he was doing as he was servicing the A/C unit but also provided education regarding the unit and its components - he went above and beyond the typical service you would expect.
