I am very pleased with the service. In addition to making my conditioner function properly, he explained each step of the process and showed me how things are checked and also what to look for myself. It is inportant to me to understand how items in my home function. I will only use Freedom Heating and Cooling in the future.

Did a furnace clean and check for 55. Willie came out and was very informative. He cleaned the furnace. He ran it a few times to make sure it was working well and cleaned out the dust and debri that builds during the year.

Rick and Art were on time and professional. Provided service with recommendations. Overall it was a good experience and provides, did the little things that made it a pleased experience.

It turned out very well. I had purchased two so that I could have both done the same time. They completely went over the top furnace and air conditioner. The air conditioner was very dirty and they did an excellent job cleaning it and getting everything up to par. The guy was very professional and he was very willing to explain what he was doing and what I should be doing to prevent problems in the future and all. He was very nice. It wasn't demeaning of condescending. He just did an excellent job. I was very impressed with them.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment, then Willie called about a half hour before arriving to confirm again. From the time I purchased the angies list deal Rita at Freedom was great in getting me set up with a time for the duct cleaning. A reminder call and a call the morning of so that I knew they were going to be on time was great also. Willie and Max were on time and Willie gave me a thorough explanation of what they were going to be doing. They were very clean, I dont see any mess anywhere after they finished, and they were very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company as they are very professional in their work.

Freedom was very prompt in contacting me once I purchased their Angie's list deal. They were very flexible in scheduling the appointment several weeks in advance and diligent in following up to confirm. They called the morning of the appointment to let me know when they would arrive, arrived promptly, did a thorough cleaning of the burners and inspection of the sensors and furnace performance. I am very happy with his Freedom does business from initial contact through service.

Very thorough check of equipment inside unit; took off front panel and checked for condensation and showed concern for the lack of visible water, but found no problem. Also obtained access to roof to examine related equipment. He explained everything he did to assure me that my A/C was working properly.
