The two men arrived on time, were very polite and professional, completed all work as described, and even explained the dampers in our basement to ensure air flow was at its best.

Rick did the appropriate cleaning and servicing of furnace.Set thermostat and suggested replacement parts, which were declined.

Called Sunday to schedule a Monday service call. Was told the company would telephone on Monday morning. No call from company. I called and a technician came out in the afternoon. The tech said he was leaving to get the parts, back in 2 hours. Four hours later at 7:00 PM returned. The tech did know what was wrong, and fixed the problem the first time.

I purchased the $99 Angies Big deal and all went well. The appointment was handled professionally, they called a day in advance to confirm, and the service tech (Willie) also called to advise me that he was en route to my home. He was very courteous and the cleaning went as expected. The Big deal covered two service visits (fall and spring a/c) and they will call me in the spring to set up an appointment.

My furnace had holes in the heating exchanger and needed replacement. They came the same day to install the unit. The technicians explained how to maintain the unit for optimal performance. The technicians left the furnace room cleaner than they had found it.

On-time, quick, efficient - All good.

Willy was great before he even walked in the door. A really great asset to Freedom H & C. He made sure he exhausted all his skills to find & fix the issue.

It turned out great. They came out and completed the service. They did a spectacular job. I was not there but they sat with my wife and walked her through everything that they were doing. They gave some suggestions and asked her some other things that they might do to manage the air flow through our house. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They came out the following week after we purchased the deal.

Working with Freedom was great--from the super nice lady who answered the phone to Wilie, the tech. Side note: I had another company come out in the Spring and they got my furnace to work for a day, and then it went out again. Rescheduling was a nightmare. I think it may have been a miscommunication, hence, I didn't write a terrible review for them. I searched for a new company and saw that Freedom was offering a deal. They have great reviews, so I chose them. I had to wait about a week for an appointment, but it's the beginning of the cold weather season, so I was fine with that. Willie arrived on time and got to work. He explained everything he checked and explained why a part needed to be replaced, When he finished, he showed me the old and new part. He also gave some tips on filters and suggested ways to make sure the air flow in the furnace room was optimal. Everything went really well and I will definitely use them again.

First, they were very flexible for scheduling my appointment. Several days before the scheduled visit, i called to reschedule because a funeral I needed to attend. They were able to accommodate a new visit a week later. I originally purchased a furnace check up only. While on the website I noticed they also install whole house humidifiers. When the visit was scheduled, they provided some info on whole house humidifiers and said the tech will have each type with him. They scheduled time to allow for the installation that day if we decided to purchase one. Rick arrived at the time he said and provided information on the different models available. We decided to select a more simple unit and he did not try to hard sell us on the more expensive unit. While he performed the tune up, my wife and felt this was a good deal and asked him to install the humidifier. The area our furnace and water heater are located is very tight. He made some minor changes to our vent pipes for both the furnace and water heater to allow me easy access for replacing the filter. Those little things make a big difference once he leaves. Overall a great experience and value for the services provided.

I WAS GIVEN A 3 HOUR WINDOW OF ARRIVAL ON MY DATE OF SERVICE. EMPLOYEES ARRIVED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME. BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. RENDERED SERVICES THAT I PURCHASED FROM ANGIE'S LIST BIG DEAL. WOULD RECOMMEND.
