Willie showed me everything he did to service the furnace. He was very polite and cleaned up around the work area.

Willie was on time and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and confirmed that after cleaning and servicing, my furnace was in good working order.

I purchased the $49.98 servicing coupon from Angie's list. My heater was not working on Sunday. I called the company on Monday and they set up a same day appointment to fit my schedule. The technician was on time. The problem he found was minor and easy to repair. As we don't know anything about these systems, he could have easily torn everything apart to find more problems and run up the bill, but he did not do that. The tech fixed the issue and we were not charged anything extra apart from the coupon. I am very glad I used this company. They are respectful and honest in my personal opinion. My heater gas been working without issue for the last few days!

Came for a clean and check on my furnace and also inspected and quickly repaired my humidifier. Extremely professional and courteous!!! Worked quickly and efficiently informing me along the way. Although there was an honest error and over charge on my bill they very quickly resolved the issue and asked how i would like to be refunded. I chose to use it as a credit towards my spring clean and check on my air conditioner!! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company!!

Very well. He was here almost two hours and did a very thorough job. He explained what he was doing and showed us the difference between the old and new parts and what the issues were. The furnance is about 18 years old and the part was original and was degrading due to age. The same was true of the hot water heater- the hot water heater was only 8 years old but it was clear the ignition part needed to be replaced. The initial price to service both was only $110. We feel comfortable that we won't have any problems with either the furnace or hot water heater.

The Freedom technician was fabulous. He was thorough, professional and skilled. He took his time and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and how I could do the little things to help keep everything running smoothly.

I can't recall the exact date of the vent cleaning but it went very well. We just had them out a few weeks ago to check on our second unit as it was not working well. Also used them for service on our condo downtown. Great experience, easy to work with.

Have an electric boiler on two zones heating my home. Tech came out same day of call in which was the only positive aspect of dealing with Freedom. One of the zones is getting no heat. Was told it would be a $89 diagnostic charge to come out and assess the issue. 1 1/2 hours of the tech diagnosing stating "oh that needs to be replaced, this is bad, that is not good" which would be fine if he addressed my initial problem. None of the stuff he was recommending to be replaced had anything to do with my zone not heating. I confront him about that and he states, "oh, your thermostat is bad." Mind you, I had just replaced it myself a week prior thinking that was causing the issue. When said tech leaves, gives me a bill for $200+ (diagnostic + 2 hours labor). I tell him that when I spoke to the man on the phone he stated it would only cost me $89 for the diag. So he calls in and they end up giving me a half hour of labor for free. So I end up spending $180 for someone to tell me I need all these parts replaced at the tune of $1000 without addressing the main reason for the call in. I did take him for his word and went out that same day and replaced the thermostat, guess what, it still didn't solve my issue. I call Freedom back a week later, speak to the manager who assures me he will look into it and promises me he will call me back before end of day. 4 days later, still no call. They have lost my business and I hope this serves you in your decision.

Took a while, but I think Willie was very thorough. He did a great job checking both units, cleaning them and handling little fixes as they appeared. I'm confident we won't have any issues on the coldest day this winter.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal that was emailed to me, $69 for HVAC maintenance, easy to buy, affordable, and the company was professional and prompt. Everything went great.

I had an appointment between 8-11. He called around 8:30 to say he would be there in half an hour. He arrived in half an hour and got to work. He was friendly, polite, and professional. The whole session took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Freedom Heating and Cooling.

They were wonderful. Very friendly and professional. They did not try to sell me anything which was refreshing. I would highly recommend them to others.

Technician arrived on time, did quick and competent work, and gladly spent as much time as I needed to get all my questions answered. He gave me information on necessary and future maintenance and helped me plan my next steps. Very friendly company and highly recommended.

They went to the home the first time I called them within a couple of hours. They were very professional. They did a nice job. The igniter broke again, and the guy sent out his technician and replaced it again for free. They were immediately responsive. They were reasonable and honest.

They came today to perform the furnace inspection. They did an excellent job.

They are amazing. We had moved in to our new house and 1 week later our heater started going crazy on a Saturday. We called them around 10am and they were at our house at 2pm. The gentleman who inspected it said it was not only not working properly, but it was actually in a dangerous condition. (And thanks to our home inspector for not catching that!) He said it needed to be replaced and explained to us exactly what was wrong so we could understand. He said it needed to be replaced and we agreed -- he was so courteous and professional we knew we could trust him. They came out the next morning and spent 4 hours replacing the heater. Once the old one was out, he showed us what was wrong in the old heater and we could clearly see what was wrong (it was a mess from lack of maintenance) and that replacing it was necessary. We now have a great heater that is operating well. We were so impressed we signed up for the $149 yearly maintenance program to make sure we never have that problem again. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the fantastic service!

Over all everything went well. There was a bit of a snag when I was original told I had to pay for the Big Deal again, but I provided my information that I had already purchased it and it was all set. Things went wellotherwise!

The techs were friendly and informative. They clearly explained what was being done and how I should maintain the unit.
