Went well. Easy to schedule. On time and professional.

We were having major drainage work done in our garage. The concrete floor was opened, new plumbing laid. The garage door was open all day so we weren't using the heater during the day. We're ready to fill in the concrete and the garage needs to be moderately warm. Furnace heater wouldn't start up. We are having especially frigid weather right now. I called Freedom, as they are at the top of the list on Angie's List for commercial work. They were backlogged with work due to the arctic blast. They agreed to let me know when they could come but there was 20 Angie's List calls ahead of me. 45 minutes later, they called. A tech had just finished a job nearby. He came, found the problem was a broken wire in the thermostat and the problem was solved! We'll pour concrete tomorrow and 20 homeowners will be able to start parking inside and off the streets of Chicago.

Willie and Matt were friendly and professional. He informed me of the process and length of time needed to complete the process. He answered my questions professionally.

Tim was very helpful and gave us great advice on how to fix our humidifier. He was friendly, efficient and timely.

I called Freedom about the deal last week. I spoke to a lady who was pretty knowledgeable but she couldn't answer all my questions. So she put me on with a technician that sounded like he knew his stuff. After a 20 min call to discuss exactly what we would have to do to get this done,everything sounded in order so I told him I would talk to the wife and then buy the big deal. I was very satisfied with this merchant thus far... then I bought the big deal and scheduled a few days. They came back and said they couldn't install this in my attic, where my furnace is located... This obviously came as a shock since I just purchased a 500$ deal for them to do this. If I didn't have a 20 min call with BILL who said it would be no problem, I wouldn't be angry at all.. but when someone gives you the green light on a long phone call, you spend 500$ for the deal, and in the same day your told they cant do the work... it feels very unprofessional. I would not attempt to use these guys again as they seem to employ people that doesn't understand their jobs. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my refund.. this business should be penalized for giving bad information.

Professional, cost effective service. Require sewer repair that I will consider at future date.
