The representatives were professional, friendly, experienced and through. Only concern in that we had originally heard quoted a price for duct vent cleaning but when the crew answered we leared that they no longer provide the service

I chose this provider based on Angie's List reviews. They were responsive and got to my house the same day. After $450.00 of charges, a tune up, and the purchase of their maintenance program, the furnace was still not working that night. I called back and they came out--ultimately diagnosing the electronic circuit control board as the culprit. The technician said that the control board was the cause all along. This was upsetting as it was another $450.00 charge for a total of under a grand--$1,000. I called the company and asked for an explanation. I told the nice woman on the phone that whatever they did on day one did not work so they should take out all the parts they put in on day one as it was the circuit board that was causing the problem. The nice woman said that the technician or someone else would call me back. I never received a telephone call back. Shortly thereafter, I opened up my unit to check the filter. I was shocked. It was the same filter that was installed BEFORE they performed the 2 service calls. This was particularly disturbing because I paid $900 and part of the call was for a complete tune up. I do not understand how you do not pop a new furnace filter in on a furnace tune up. I know that it was the old filter too because the date was written on the filter, pre-dating the "tune-up." While I recognize that this company has great reviews and may have done good work for other consumers, I will certainly not be using them in the future. Too bad for Freedom as I have several HVAC projects that I want to tackle this year and my word of mouth will not be becoming to them.

We called in the morning and Sam came out after lunch. Half our radiators weren't working making for a very cold house. Sam found a relay that wasn't connected and fixed it.We were very grateful given the harsh weather.

I called Freedom because I heard noises coming from my furnace, they sent someone out ASAP. Willy was very informative on my issue. The job was completed fast and Willy cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again.
