The serviceman was actually early and from start to finish, the experience was smooth and exceeded expectations.

It was a big deal service. It was okay. I have my own residence and two rental properties that I bought and it was okay. They were not the same standard but not too bad. I asked them to see check because I’m troubled with the air conditioning. It wasn’t quite enough the temperatures. He said he can top it off with a fan with the cooling plate but he wanted us just to give a price to replace the whole thing and this is kinda pushy in replacement it so. It was clear that the deal like I wanted them to just come out and do the checkups and what he know and it was very much sell, sell so once. I probably more likely just tell me what the issues. The price was fine. He came out when he said he’s gonna came about in time. He is punctual. For professionalism, I guess, I don’t know where that exactly steps were the tip comes in it is most likely a consultation so whatever you think that were it go in i.e. they were not listening to what you needed but they just wanted to sell.

We purchased a deal, thinking we'd use them within a day or two. The company responded immediately with their availability and further explanations regarding the deal, cost, etc. They were very professional and accommodating, and contacted me several times. We did not end up using their services, but would in the future.

I do not recall the price or the date of service. I do recall that the job was done to my satisfaction and I would use them again.

Called originally at 6 AM to a freezing house waited for office to open at 8. Called again Freedom came out within half hour, lit pilot, cleaned furnace, all was good again.
