The service technician was on time and very helpful explaining about parts that need to be replaced and reasonable price. The service technician was excellent at performing service and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

My furnace needed to be cleaned and checked. Unfortunately, when I told them about a noise I kept hearing when the furnace would go on, they said that was not a good sign. My furnace was 23 years old so they suggested that I might want to purchase a new one, which I did. There was no pressure in buying it. They had the old one out and the new one in in a matter of hours. The furnace is a Lennox and the price was comparable to others I'd checked out while waiting. The two young men were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I even had fun teasing the younger one! Good job!

Contacted Freedom on emergency basis on Sunday. Pete arrived at time given. Solved the issue without having to replace any parts. Adjusted furnace and dried everything.

Willie was prepared and polite. I had no heat at all and he was able to come the same day and fix problem. Willie also, fixed a potentially hazardous situation that a previous repair company left.

The service provider brought a questionnaire for me to rate his job. I didn't think that was professional. They handed me a survey. Am I gonna tell him he did a lousy job?

Everything went well until the point of paymentn and signing credit card charge EXCEPT for payment form requiring something that HAD NOT BEEN DISCLOSED in any PRIOR Discussion/negotiations. After the work had been done, right above signature line there was a printed requirement of TWO ANNUAL CHECKS (per year during warranty period) WHICH WOULD INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY IF NOT DONE. The total cost of the repair was approximately $3900. I would not recommend this company because of this lack of transparency and the addional cost.

one of these two A/C tune up providers had a form for me to fill out and I did. I was pleased with both. I do not recall the price - both were an Angie's List Big Deal.
