Great on time and helpful technician.

They scheduled us for a 1-4PM window for quote for new HVAC. They said they would call 1-hour before they came. They never called an hour before, but called at 1:40PM, and we called them back by 2PM, and they said they could no longer come out for the quote, as they already moved on to next customer and out of the area. They never knocked on the door or came by. Front office treated us poorly after, just seems like they really don't care as they have enough business. Too many companies out there doing the same thing, pick another and skip Freedom.

The technician, Willy was GREAT! He was thorough, friendly and detailed. Fantastic!

Willie came out and checked on a potential leak in an A/C line that was running through my crawlspace. He determined it wasn't a leak, rather it was a condensation issue, and reinsulated the pipe. He also checked the unit and determined it needed a small charge up. All in all, went well.

Our AC unit (outside) stopped working. Everything inside the house was fine. I had a local company come out twice to fix and they failed to do so charging me with two $79 visits and it's still broken. I read reviews about Freedom and they seemed really good. I called them to walk them through my issues and the woman on the phone was fantastic. She understood my issues and did what she could to help make this inconvenience as tolerable as possible. We have a tech coming out this afternoon to service the unit and fixed the issue. I will post my experience on the service afterwards.

Great. Willie did a nice job of explaining what he did and offered a tip on saving money on filters. Overall, a great experience.

The technican was prompt and polite. He fixed my a/c unit in under an hour. He told what he was fixing and why. Service was awesome.

They responded to my purchasing a special deal with Angies List. They were quickly responsive and very good about being on time for their appointment. I appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism of their service provider.

Our furnace was leaking and they came out that same day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. It was a simple fix (pipe had insufficient slope after some flood repairs in basement). He was also kind enough to spend an extra 10 minutes answering an unrelated question about our air conditioner. We will definitely use them again.

I wish he would have brought a filter to replace or called me ahead of time to purchase a filter for him to put in while he was here to check my unit. He instructed me to purchase one, previous providers always provide it for me. He was very polite and professional.

Everything was good. It was a special for $69. The service was good. The price was good, the last time though they came for an A/C it was a little high. They call us to do check-ups all the time. So we've used them a few times.

I booked an appointment only. Then my husband was able to find that our problem was an outdoor circuit breaker that was corroded. It had not tripped but when he toggled it off and on again everything started up! Since we had just had it serviced a few weeks ago, we don't need the offer now. The people at the company were super nice both in booking and when I cancelled. I will save their number for the future.

This was the second year Willy has serviced the unit and he is very professional. Last year he suggested I vent my unit which is under my porch, I did that and I am extremely grateful for his suggestion.

Willie was on time and called ahead to give me notice prior to arrival. He was thorough in explaining the details of the service, including costs and future maintenance.

Our AC went out and we put in a call to Freedom. Since it was a Sunday, hot as heck and we were getting ready for a gathering at home, this was an emergent call. Freedom was prompt in sending somebody out that arrived within an hour. The service tech was very nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and went over with us what the issue we were having. The tech did everything he could possibly do to help us, on a hot sunny Sunday afternoon. We are very pleased with the service from Freedom and would very much recommend them for future use!

They did a good job, but they seemed a little expensive.

The call went very well. The service man was on time (he called earlier to say he was on the way) and he looked over the furnace and thermostat as well as the air conditioner. He explained the potential problems high efficiency units like ours could have over and above regular units and recommended an annual checkup. He didn't try to sell us any parts or services we didn't need and was thoroughly professional in his work.

Willie arrived promptly and took time to explain. What he was doing as part of the tune-up. He provided tips on cleaning the air filters and on the maintenance of the A/c units. Appreciated his honesty.
