The appointment was booked with ease. The service man arrived on time. I had prepaid $49 for an air conditioner check and tune up. He cleaned the very dirty air conditioner coils and reviewed maintenance needs of our AC system, which I appreciated. He showed us a part that he said needed replacement--the part would be around $240 but he had one on his truck. At that time, he said everything else, including the refrigerant, checked out fine. After the replacement of the part, he said that the refrigerant was low and we needed more. The final bill was $414 (in addition to the prepaid amount). Because I am not an HVAC specialist, I have no way of knowing if we really needed replacement of the part or a top up of the refrigerant. However, what appeared to be a good deal on Angie's List turned out to be a very expensive endeavor. In retrospect, I should have had him do only the tune up and gotten another estimate on the replacement of the part and need for more refrigerant. In the future, I will get recommendations from the neighbors for HVAC service.

It was fine, I was not actually there in person but he called me and he was very responsive.

The technician arrived on time and got to work. All services listed on the deal page was performed and the technician was very professional and informative. He recommended changing the dual capacitor of my AC and gave me a quote for $216 plus a 10% discount. When I looked up online the capacitor part costs anywhere from $7 to $30 which means their total cost was exorbitant, so I turned down getting it replaced.

This vendor was superb. He did not just do what an annual cleaning routinely calls for, he went out his way to offer me tips on how I can make my unit last longer. He very easy to relate to, and he was extremely courteous and otherwise professional.

The service was excellent. The technician was on time and very professional. He added a chemical to stop a leak and added Freon. He was very reasonable in his pricing.

Service rep advised that heating needed to be replaced I took old coil to a heating and cooling supply and they disagreed . I did buy 2 other coils for another property I own and from watching service tech install coil was able to replace heating coil in GFA that actually needed it. This is an up sale. Not sure of exact date.

Willie initially performed a diagnostics and let us know that our AC unit needed to be replaced. He did not insist but we were keen on replacing our 17 year old ac unit. Rick showed up on time and installed the unit and matching coil with ease. He took care not to scratch our floors or walls. Hauled away our old ac unit with no extra charges.

Willie called me early to let me know he was arriving within the hour. He did and was very patient explaining the various parts and workings of our a/c and furnaces. I was very pleased with the time and effort he took.

He was able to do everything he could do to fix our issue with the A/C condenser not turning on, but little did we know that they previous homeowner when asked to upgrade the electrical panel did so but didn't reconnect the A/C condenser to the new panel. I thought the work was great for the value and he was very informative for me as a new homeowner on how to maintain my system. Much appreciated.
