Arrived on time. Completed work in a timely manner.

The service went fine. I had them check the furnace. They came out the same day I purchased the deal. One technician came out and completed the job in about 30-40 minutes. He was nice, professional and friendly.

Excellent service! Willie, the technician, explained every step and taught me how to change and clean my filters. He instructed me on filter maintenance and scheduling. I am very pleased with Freedom's service.

Bill from Freedom showed up on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed that the total repair bill for my Lennox furnace would be $1,800.00. The work order reflected the following: Circuit board--$495; Blower motor w/cap--$595; Transformer--$110; Diagnostic charge--$69 for a total repair bill of $1,269. Work order stated he would replace the circuit board, blower motor, cap and xfrmr (transformer). Work order also stated customer would call next week when ready ? not true. I told Bill I did not want the service because it was too expensive ? might as well go out a buy a new furnace for that price. He left, but before doing so, pasted ?Freedom Heating & Cooling? stickers all over my furnace ? not one, but three ? without asking my permission. The next day I contacted someone else and they checked the furnace testing the blower/transformer/circuit board. They told me the only thing needed was a new circuit board which cost $275 plus their labor of $125.

Pete and his crew came out on a Sunday. Apparently, they are pretty busy, and Sunday was fine with me. They arrived on time and completed the installation in about 4 hours. All the work was done neatly and professionally. They even replaced the maze of vent piping on the water heater. It was a pleasure doing business with Pete. I would not hesitate to Freedom again.

It went well. They offered to do additional work on my AC unit, but their proposal was beyond my maintenance budget. Thx. CAC

My hot water heater was leaking from the drain valve and called Freedom Heating and Cooling to inquire about their services. Not only was I provided with great direction over the phone, they did it free of charge and avoided me having to set up an appointment. The customer service they demonstrated will definitely lead me right back to them should I need to replace or repair my water heater in the future.

I called about having the boiler serviced, since this type of heating was not noted on the special. They were very good about making a service appointment, and the technician cleaned stuff and recommended some valve replacements. A while later, I noticed a whine with my boiler, and the pressure seemed to be a bit difficult. I called and the technician came out again and cleaned the pilot light. He was pretty good about explaining things, and left a sticker with service details this time out.

Bill was running ahead of schedule and was there an hour earlier than expected which worked out great for me. He came in and got right to work. Was very friendly and patient with my children who tried to show him every toy they had. Ask of any concerns and I told of the delay in starting we had, but it did get going. When he noticed what the cause of the delay was, he thoroughly explained to me the cause (a clogged draining hose) and proceeded to clean it and finish the job. Bill was very professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

I contacted them today and they told me they do not service my area. Im disappointed that I cannot use the deal.

Rick diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. He stayed to make sure the unit was working and everything was in order. He definitely knows the A/C business. I was very pleased.

Willie was on time, explained problem in detail and provided broken parts for my examination. He replaced these parts and got the A/C cooling. He was very helpful and efficient.

There was a scheduling conflict. I needed them to be able to come out on a Saturday but they said they couldn't come out on a Saturday to fulfill the deal. Because of my job, I'd have to have the work done on the weekend.
