Kent was fantastic, highly recommend him as an experienced plumber for complex plumbing work. Had three small projects that he was able to complete. Goes above and beyond in explaining items. Very respectful.

I’ve been using Ex-Stink for at least 4 years now for my sewer rodding needs (I have a bunch of trees in the yard). Dave and his team, never disappoint. Great communication, attention to detail, prompt, courteous… all the above! Had them do approx 20 ft of sewer line replacement, and they did a great job for me at a very reasonable price! Kudos to Mike (the excavation mgr.) and his team (Nick and Brian). Thx guys!

It was a great experience start to finish. I received the 1st call back at 9 pm (on the same day I called for assistance). They went ahead and called the tenant and set up the time the very next day, as I requested, and I was kept updated all the way through. A great experience and I will certainly have Ex-Stink on my short list to reach out next time I need help.

They came out as planned and used the camera to show me the root blockage then they cleared it and showed me again. They told me steps to take to avoid in the future. I will definitely use again for this and other plumbing needs.

The job went well. It turned out the plumber was unable to unplug the toilet because there was something inorganic stuck in the toilet. Toilet ended up needing to be replaced. We found the plumber to be very professional and courteous.

I have used ex-stink numerous times and have recommended them to others always with positive responses. I think they are great and honest plumbers - a rare find! I would highly recommend them. They have done hydro jetting, fixed leaky faucets, diagnosed problems and have always been prompt and very helpful!

Ex-tinct came up for my zip code but when I called them, the young lady said she didn't recognize my area?? And I DID understand it to be an extra $100.00 for it being Saturday.

They determined the problem was the garbage disposal, showed me why that was the case, recommended the type of unit I needed, and returned the next day to install the unit. They were knowledgable, respectful, and professional.

We have used this company twice. As a home owner of over 20 years, both were two of the best service calls we we ever had. Harold (the owner), Dave and Andy were all true experts, effecient and sincerely cared about the job done.

Dave called to say he could arrive before my scheduled time window. I told him that was fine, and he soon arrived. He and his co-worker were polite and cheerful. Dave explained his findings clearly. There were no complications because I have this procedure done yearly to prevent roots from getting out of control.

Efficient. However did not provide the camera service that was paid for as they were concerned over damage. Misunderstanding over access fee was resolved quickly and they honored their commitment. Both team members were professional and nice.

The two guys that showed up were awesome. I figured they would just have to snake a laundry/kitchen drain pipe, but it ended up being a bit more involved. The popped open the clean out, cleared the drain and did quite an immaculate clean up job. They even gave me a discount because I gave them an old towel to assist in the cleanup. Great job, would definitely hire these guys again.

Fabulous. They were professional, careful and didn't proceed with anything until they fully explained what was involved and what that would cost me.

The work and service were excellent. They were able to get out to replace the pump within just a few hours of my call, worked quickly, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I thought the price was a little high, but given the mess involved in this nasty job, I think it was worth it. I will definitely consider using them again when I need a plumber.

So, the snow was just coming back up through the lines so we found out that the trap was cracked and in order to replace it you have to go in through the cement floor in the basement. So, we kept it instead because there are other drains in the basement that are acceptable so it wasn’t like we were plugging up the only basement drain in the floor so there’s like 3 floor drains in our basement. They came up with a great alternative to what could have been a very expensive repair. Cause it’s like 120-year-old basement. They came up with that alternative that was much less in expensive. I don’t remember how much it was, but evidently, I was ok with the price or I wouldn’t have called them in. They were great because again they came up with a great alternative plan. They came out within the time. I don’t have any complaints about having to wait. I don’t think they kept me waiting.

went great. Watched as they televised my sewer line and cleared what was minor root clogging. This was a routine maintenance visit. I will have them in again in 18mos or 2 years.
