Description of Work: I had water backing up into my house and these guys came out without an hour from my call. The pipe to the sewer was backed up and needed to be cleaned out. There was no price estimate provided at this point, so I was lead to believe I was going to be pulling up my drive way to fix the problem. Although a price wasn't discussed I thought it was going to be thousands of dollars Vs the bill I got at the end. Luckily a tile wasn't broken but the pipes were so filled that it took some time to clean. The guys broke a decorative lights even though I asked if they needed them moved if they were in the way but was told it wasn't. I found out when they came and asked for payment.

Description of Work: They replaced the water heater and were able to replace it same day. It was a Saturday too. They needed to come back and fix an issue but with their 24 hour service they came back same day and thoroughly repaired the issue and followed up the next day with their service. Keith was prompt and courteous and knowledgable. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Did do a good job on the replacement of the water Meter as requested but Also did some Unrequested additional work. I needed to get back to work So left to finish and lock-up. Apparently, supervision IS required. And Once completed, NO Clean-up is required on their part. They left it all the garbage on the floor but DID remember to take the old Copper. Image that. Price went from 1350 to almost 2000.
