Description of Work: On a sunday called,they came out didn't like their attitude could barely understand them. The boss called me, got another person out at no charge, | He found the problem, I said how much he said I'll call 20 minutes went by | I asked did you get a price. He said I'll call, time went on finally I asked | give me an est. he said about 200.00 we are still waiting for a call from office, waiting waiting. I said go ahead . Now the bill is coming he leaves |comes back 485.00 You know I spoke. Lady thats what it is got him to take10% off.nothing was up front, the job it self was 15min had a broken pipe Just did not think it was fair just before xtmas it doesn't pay to be a senior I like fair pricing.

Description of Work: They promptly made arrangements with our renter and provided service the same day I called. What they did not tell me up front that there was a minimum charge of $150.00 for all service calls. The handle on the tub faucet had been installed 180 degrees off and all the service tech had to do was turn it. No parts, 10 minutes, $150. Sort of like being taken advantage of politely.

Description of Work: Had a plugged drain pipe, found out it wasn't the pipe we thought. The guys suggested splitting the length of the line that needed cleaning so it would be easier to reach and clean in the future. The only problem was the finished look was a mound of dirt right off the driveway. We now have a reflective marker so we drive over it......otherwise the guys were great.
