It went great, they very helpful, professional and were able to fix our leak issue and take care of a few other issues we had in the master bathroom. We are excited to work with this company again to remodel our hallway bathroom.

They are a great company and so is the owner and they take pride in their work.

Everything went well...aside from having to pay for a new water heater.

I called a little bit after noon and within hours they were at my door and within 20 minutes the drain was free flowing. I was especially pleased that they were able to handle the problem on the same day.

I called for service and repair of a leaking bathroom shower faucet that was progressively getting worse. I shut off the hot water temporarily until the repairmen could show up. Two repairmen showed up on a Saturday afternoon removed and diagnosed that the leak was from a broken catridge in the valve that controls the hot water. That was obvious by all of us. The repairmen who seemed confused attempted to shove rubber washers and white silicone on the broken catridge to stop the leak. After that failed attempt thier response was to shut off the hot water and that the warehouse is closed until Monday so with the photo they took of the broken catridge they assured me that the catridge would be located or that they could replace the control valves, but that would involve breaking into the wall to access the pipes. The shop was suppose to call back Monday with a response. So by early afternoon on Monday with no call back I reached out to the shop and was told that the supply guy just left and would call me back. With no call back on Monday, I reach out out again to the shop on Tuesday morning and was told that the warehouse hadn't called back but they would call the warehouse to get an answer for me and will call me back. So with no call back on Tuesday, I reach out again on Wednesday asked why I haven't received a call back. Thier response was that the warehouse was still looking and that they were given a website to search by the warehouse people and they were going to attempt to find the catridge on this web site. On Thursday with 6 days of no hot water I took a photo of the broken catridge to a plumbing supply shop and within 10 minutes and only spending $15.00 was on my way back with the new replacement parts to repair the valve. The plumbing supply store said that the parts are the must common parts used by Delta and should not have been hard to find by anyone. It's Friday, I still haven't received a call back yet from the plumbers.

The bathroom drain clogged up so bad, water was taking hours to drain. I had tried removing the p-trap and cleaning/rodding out what I could, but that didn't help. I called J&S Plumbing at around 9:30am today, and their plumber arrived by noon. John was professional and friendly. He got right to work and cleared the drain pretty quickly. He also took some extra time to make sure he cleaned the area well afterwords. J&S's price already beat the other well reviewed service providers on Angie's List, and they also had a $25 coupon on top of it! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend J&S Plumbing to friends and family.

Pretty good. They were here sometime around September 10th of 2015.

A simple phone call narrowed it down to exactly what I needed. John arrived and was friendly, fast and very efficient. Work was completed in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with every aspect of this company, and was able to use my Angie's List coupon. Wouldn't hesitate to call them up the next time I need plumbing work done. Highly recommended!

I WAS FORTUNATE THAT THE COMPANY SENT A PLUMBER NAMED PAULIE. HE WAS PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE. HE REVIEWED THE REQUIRED WORK AND QUOTED ME OVER $200 LESS THAN THE QUOTE I RECEIVED OVER THE PHONE! PAULIE WAS NEAT AND CLEANED UP ALL THE DRIPS ON MY FLOOR AS THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD PUMP. THE ENTIRE JOB TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH PAULIE AND THE COMPANY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BUT WOULD ASK FOR PAULIE!

Awesome. We called in the middle of the night. They came out first thing in the morning. Repaired the pipe and now come back yearly to rod out the pipe

We've been using J&S exclusively for a couple of years now. The service is fabulous - you always get a live person when you call and they have always come out same day and they show up when they say they will (and they call to let you know when they are en route). We've used J&S for small jobs as well as some really big jobs and they have been awesome every single time. Super professional and trustworthy - I highly recommend them!

They offered to come on a Saturday morning. Showed up on time. Very pleasant. Explained the problem, secured the faucet, then offered to fasten the unit to the sink with silicone, and recommended a faucet that would make a good replacement should this happen again and why. The area was cleaned and then they asked if there was anything more they could do. This is the second time I have used J&S, and I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Spent about one hour in freezing temps to clear the pipes. It was muddy outside and the contractors did a great job not to drag into the house and explained everything they did. Matt Cichy the plumber did a great job for a great price

They were prompt and did an excellent job! The price was great. I would highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

I made the call and they were there within the same day. They did the simple job of installing the correct flush kit and answered several questions I had about water flow throughout the house. One of the guys actually check my master bath sink to see why the water wouldn't go down faster and found the problem and corrected it. This was something he did without charging me extra for it.

Charged me a service call. I asked them to come out to give me an estimate for a new hot water heater because I had worked with them before and liked them. Their web site says they do not charge for estimates. Their guy did nothing to repair anything and I told them when I made the appointment that I did not want any repairs but just an estimate. I was bilked.

They communicated quickly and came out the same day to perform the work. I would use them again based on this experience.

I was a hard leak to find, but they took their time and made sure to find in and fix it. No more leaks

Jason and Buck were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and worked great together. The were very clean and left the job site in much better condition than i ever expected. Thanks guys for making it look so easy.

Keith and Rich arrived within 2 hours of the emergency call. Beth kept us informed of their arrival. We had a sewer back up issue that caused an overflow. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and explained what they were doing. They also fixed a wax ring issue on one toilet. They were neat and courteous and very professional. Will definitely use this company again.

Sump pump was not working correctly. Came out within 2 hours after a call around 11 am and installed new sump. Have used them twice in the last couple of months. Service has been good and someone always answers the phone when you call. Very convenient.

My water heater was not heating water. It is an old water heater and a friend of mine was able to get it heating so I could have hot water for awhile. I called two plumbing companies to give me estimates on installing a new water heater. I called J&S because I had used them recently and liked them and wrote a nice review of them here. I told J&S I did not want the water heater repaired but just an estimate for a replacement. The J&S plumber who came by was very nice but he seemed not to understand that my water heater was now working and I just wanted an estimate for replacement. He did not do anything but charged me $98.00 for a service call. J&S's website says that estimates are free and the estimate I got from the other plumber I called was free. I complained to the plumber and I wrote the company asking why they charged me for a "free" estimate, but I never received a response. I am very disappointed especially in view of my prior good experience with J&S.
