They did an incredible job, on time and under budget. They fashioned another return duct in the crawl space and into our family room - the new system is quieter and works 1/2 as hard due to the improvements they made. They were also the same price as one company quoted us just for the Air Conditioning compressor. No other HVAC contractors even mentioned the undersized condition of the cold air returns. These guys are real pro's! Thanks Brian and Pat - they are go to guys from now on!

Brian came to repair a leaking humidifier. He found out that I had a faulty valve. The water was flowing through the valve to the humidifier much too quickly causing the overflow of water creating a large puddle on my basement floor. Brian replaced the valve but found out that a narrow hose was very old and so brittle that it just cracked in half. The cost of the new valve was $189.00, plus the service call, that repair would have been close to $300.00. Brian told me that the cost of the repair would be half the cost of a new, more efficient humidifier. I decided to get a new humidifier. He came back in two days, installed the new humidifier. He did not charge me extra for the service call that was performed two days prior or the valve that he had to put in and then remove. The new humidifier works great. I used to see some condensation on my windows, but now there is non.

They are very good. They came checked everything out, washed the air conditioner so that everything was fine. He was prompt, he was on time, and he put little bootees on his shoes so that he would not wreck any of the carpeting. I was very happy with him. Price wise they are fair.

Pat Egan always does exceptional job. He is very good at explaining what he is going to do, and gives a progress report as he goes along. Pat always explains the workings of a system in layman's terms, so that it is very easy to understand the mechanics of the things he is working on. Pat is a people person. Once he has worked in your home, you have made a friend. I have known Pat since 2003. I would not ever contact anyone else to do a job in my home. Pat is top notch!

Brian and Pat are incredibly amazing -- and I would recommend them wholeheartedly! Fair and HONEST! I had outdoor electrical issues from previous handyman - and Brian and Pat found that the electrical was done incorrectly - so.... I had them fix it -- They did a phenomenal job. I should have called them in the first place. Now I'll call them for anything. They are great on price and now my outdoor electrical on my patio works perfectly! A+

This is a new company for Pat Eagan and Brian Kizior. Since 2003, Pat Eagan has serviced me and quot;on the side,and quot; as he was working for another company. Now he has opened his own business. They are Insured and NATE certified. The first time I used Pat Eagan, he installed a new Water Heater in my condo, and installed a Humidifier on my existing heating system. Now that I own a home, I have used Pat Eagan's services for a new water heater, two new sump pumps, to install a whole house air cleaner on my heating and a/c system, repair some faulty electrical, install a new motor on my heating and a/c system, install a garbage disposal, install some new lighting, and various other household repairs. I can always count on Pat to provide quality parts and an expert way of completing every job large or small. Pat will also give his customers some education on various ways to keep your household in good shape and will always alert you to any potential problems that might come up in the future. He will also give you honest information, especially on projects that really are not necessary, so that he does not perform work if it is not needed. This saves me money that I do not need to spend. Pat is very easy to talk to, and I believe any woman would feel comfortable around Pat, should she be on her own to get a problem repaired. I would not hesitate to refer Pat. Pat also provides emergency service where necessary, and will travel in a 50 mile radius of Elk Grove Village for any job.
