Description of Work: I called to ask for a free estimate as one of my thermalpane windows had condensation and rust in between the panes. The woman who answered the phone was short wiht me and very unprofessional. Apparently, you can't get any one to talk to you if you are calling about less than 4 windows.

+ -1 moreIt was mostly good. We did have one defect in one of the big windows that resulted in a leak. However, everything else worked out well in terms of temperature control. The installers were very professional, and the quality of their work was great. We have not contacted them about the leak, but we would consider using them again.

+ 2 moreThey were on time when they were suppose to be here. They were very professional and worked very hard almost non stop. I think they took a short break for lunch but I'm not even certain they did that. They did a great job and left the place clean like they said they would. There's no pick up after these guys. A wonderful overall experience. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We had a two story cape cod house sided with soffit, fascia, gutters and new shutters. They replaced anything that needed replacing, installed the insulation and siding. Installed all the soffit and facia and shutters. Trimmed the whole house and around all the windows. It looks like a different house completely.

Description of Work: They installed 18 new double hung windows and a new sliding door in back. They removed all rotted wood and replaced with new where needed. All windows were capped all the way around on the outside. The windows are gorgeous and the workers did a fantastic job.

+ -1 moreVery satisfied with the quality of the work. Have seen significant savings in heating and air conditioning costs. Crew was very professional. Sales person was a little pushy for my taste, but I went with them after doing my homework and getting some other estimates. Advised owner that they should not ask at the initial phone call whether I was married, felt invasive, irrelevant and offensive. I hope they have stopped that practice.
