They were able to get my tree removal scheduled and completed within the week, even though they were already booked. The yard was cleaned up nicely. The crew was friendly and courteous. Have the right equipment to do the job.

Had a large maple that was spreading its limbs too close over the house and garage and another that needed trimming due to damage from the ice storm a while back. With their state-of-the- art bucket machine (looked like a moon lander on treads!) the crew removed the tree with not a scratch on the buildings, trimmed up the damaged tree and stacked the wood for us, and cleaned up so that the yard looked better when they finished than when they started. A courteous, friendly, hard working and efficient crew with great communication skills.

Jon Zehr and his team did a great job carefully taking down a massive maple tree near my house. No damage to nearby smaller trees or bushes. Removed the large stump. Very good cleanup too.

They arrived as scheduled, confirmed the work to be performed and went promptly to work. Courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. They were all very hard working and stayed at it until the work was complete. They were cautious and careful to to damage any of the property. Workmanship was excellent as well as the clean up. I will definitely us them again for future tree service.

I had experienced some tree and roof damage due to the Peoria ice storm in Dec 2015. One of my damaged trees was in excess of 80 ft high and sat in a difficult location between my neighbors and my house. Two tree services came out and declined to give me a bid on the removal. They claimed the one problem tree was too high for their equipment. I called Zehr prop. maintenance and Jon came out and bid the job. I gave him specific instructions, all branches and limbs must be cut and dropped in a controlled manner (manageable sections lowered with ropes). I already had roof damage, I did not want to risk any more. The day the Zehr team showed up, they brought a Genie boom lift, skid steer loader, large mulching machine and multiple trucks. All my damaged trees were cut down and removed in a safe (controlled) fashion. There was no additional damage to my house and minimal wear and tear on my yard. All work was completed in two days, cleanup was excellent. If you have a difficult tree removal job and safety and professionalism is a priority, I would recommend the Zehr team.

Zehr Property Maintenance showed up when they said they would. The whole crew was courteous and respectful and completed the project within a day. They did come back a few days after the original project was completed to finish clean-up (snow on the ground during the original removal made clean-up difficult). I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend Zehr Property Maintenance based on our experience.
