They were excellent. They are a very professional company. They definitely do great work and I would recommend them for anybody. There were few glitches that developed which were not their fault as to what happened. As they got into the project we discovered that that were other things that were done to the house before we bought it that were not up to the code and they got the right people to fix it. They are a reputable company, they are very timely and very professional in all aspects from the initial contact with them, to give me an estimate, to the workers that they had to the final end of the project. Price they were not the lowest bid that we got by any stretch of imagination but we made the right decision by going with them.

They were good. I was impressed by the way they presented themselves. They did a good job and made a call back to follow up on their work.

M&M Home Remodeling Services, we haven't actually got the door in so they probably are not going to put it in for another two more weeks. But so far they have been pretty good. The person was good, the price was good compared to some of the other people. So far everything has been fine. When he came out, he was able to do a quote right then. But what we were looking at was we were making changes to the door. So they were actually really good as far as working with the design of the door. Probably with a day he had the quote for us. I e-mailed him that morning and he had it by the afternoon. His price was reasonable, very reasonable. They did the quote April 12th. They came out to the house so they could see what you were talking about as far as measurements and everything. They have an I-pad with an application on there that if you know exactly what you want they can give you a quote right then and there. If know exactly what you are going to get, we were looking at several design styles, we initially called them out just to give us an idea of the pricing that we were looking for, what we were willing to pay for an entry door. It was. So the way I would send him a picture what I wanted to do and then he would get the numbers out of the book and send it back to me. Most of the time it was e-mail because it was easier, but they have their I-pad and he had his e-mail hooked up to the I-pad, depending upon what it was you could get a response within the hour during a service call. They were actually pretty good.

workmen were: on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. cleaned-up the work area. very pleased with the finished product. roof and gutter repairs were well done.

We had an estimate from 3 companies. We picked M & M Home Remodeling. They came out and explained what would be done. They completed the work and did a great and we are very happy with the results. The employees and the supervisor acted in a professional manner and did a great job. We would hire this company again.

The front door was a refit from a double wired entry to a single width side lights. I without any hesitation suggest that people really consider M&M. Frankly they are a little bit higher but their classmenship is really worth the extra price. The way that they were able to miter some of the corners and the wrap-a-round that they do with the aluminum cover on the external side is just flawless. They did everything on time and we couldn't be happier with the installation. Actually we are talking to him about doing some additional remodeling in the house.

My attic insulation had compressed and was barely R-19 is some places. I cot three estimates and M&M came in at the lower end. I chose them because of their good ratings and professionalism of the estimator. The two men who did the work were at least as professional. The job was completed in two hours including excellent clean up.

I'm pleased with service from M&M Roofing. The price was a little more than the other estimates. M&M has done lots of roof repair in my area, they were not new to Hazel Crest. Some years ago, I needed some repair to my roof. I called serveral services for an estimates. M&M was the only one to give extensive estimate of what repairs were needed and what materials would be used in writing. I was unable at that time to hire M&M. M&M called me and asked if we were satisfied with the service. This done for 3 months after services rendered.

The Consultant came to our home and showed us color and style options on an IPad. The door and glass options showed up very nice on the screen. When the crew came to install the door everything was covered and protected as the old door was being removed. The new door looks just like the image on the Ipad. We are very pleased.

Great!!!! would highly recommend...if for nothing else peace of mind. I called other companies and most were in and out or hard sell options, that made me feel uncomfortable. M&M Remodeling did not pressure me and welcomed other bids. Once I had my bids they came back out and the sales representive and I went over them, he never pushed me to sign. I am not normally easily persuaded into spending money, but after the process was explained to me it was easy to see why it cost a little more than the fly by night contractor.

We were very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Our initial experience with the receptionist was very polite and pleasant. She took the time to understand what we were looking for so M&M could send out the appropriate sales consultant. Next the sales consultant came to our house and discussed all the things we were trying to accomplish. He was able to put together several different options which suited our interests and budget. M&M's crews did a fantastic job and were very clean. We had other estimates that were lower in price, but in the end we felt the most comfortable with M&M as a company.

They are a good company to work with. They are honest and upfront. They explain everything that they are going to be doing. They are true to their estimate, and the workmanship is very good.

They were very reliable and did everything they could to be sure that I had a roof that would last for several years to come. It took 1 day to complete the job, they cleaned up, and the roof looks great! I haven't had any complaints from my tenants after several rain showers and snow falls.

The roofing materials were delivered as scheduled two days before the scheduled work was to began. The roofing crew was on time nd ready to wk as scheduled. They had the whle roof stripped and ready for applying the pelt and shingles. they worked the whole day and completed the job as scheduled. They did a great job and I watched 80% of the process.

I was very impressed with their upfront project manager who engaged us in the estimates and so forth. He did a great job in making us comfortable in walking us through the process. He was extremely confident regarding M&M's capabilities. The job itself they did really well. There were a couple of issues and they were very responsive in fixing them and making sure that everything was satisfactory to what we hoped it would be.

It went well. They cleaned up and were very efficient.

I got a great deal of unsolicited advice before taking on this project. Repeatedly, I was told what a mess it would be, that there would be damage to my driveway, nails everywhere after the fact and clogged gutters. I can happily report that none of these items presented themselves. ( We actually have counted nails that we found in obscure places subsequent to the job. The nail count 2 months later is 10. Amazing.) Tear off was directly to their dump truck (no dumpster needed). No wood was replaced. Re-assembly went quickly and the final product looks quite nice. Clean-up was continuous with one man on the ground dedicated to that task. A subsequent gutter inspection found them to be clean and without any roof dust or refuse. We waited for rain - a good rain - to determine if the seal was solid. No problems at all in the way of leaking currently. A Chicago winter may change that but all looks good 2 months and 4" rain later. My only complaint is that the baby tin flashing used to do the work on the valleys were the wrong color (silver as opposed to brown). When I raised the question to the Superintendent on the job, he said that these only come in 'tin' color. A short internet search showed this not to be the case.

After several estimates, and while they did come in second highest of the five bids we had, M&M's professionalism and presentation was the best. They said it was a 3 day project and it was completed in 2.5. They were timely, promptly addressed questions and communicative. Everything looks very sharp and was done well.

We’re not sure of the cost but it was between $800 and $1100. The overall job went well. The overall experience was excellent. The price was a little bit more than we thought it would be. The quality was good. We will use them again in the future.

The windows were installed first and the crew installing them was good for the most part. They did leave the windows full of glue and I spent several hours cleaning the windows. The quality of the windows installed was a problem however. 4 windows had marks on them that may have been from installation or from shipping it was hard to tell. One window had a bubble in the glass and the other pane in that double slider window was missing the rollers on the bottom of the pane. Two windows had screens with holes in them and bent/damaged center bars. One window had to be adjusted as it would not open correctly. Finally a window had to have the locking hardware repositioned as it was interfering with the closing of the window and rubbing against the window. All these defects stalled the start of the siding portion of this project as I insisted on having the windows corrected before proceeding forward with the project. I will say that they did respond in a timely manner and all the problems were fixed to my satisfaction. The siding project proceeded quickly and only took four days to complete. The siding looks great however there were several issues with the electrical work involved in the project. The light by the front door of the house was wired incorrectly and bypassed the switch it had been connected to. This light was also improperly grounded. The electric recepticle by the front door had only one screw holding it in place. The other screw was too short and left floating in the recepticle. Most serious of all was the improper installation of the doorbell button on the front door after the frame was wrapped in aluminum trim. The contacts on the back of the doorbell button were not insultated before it was reinstalled causing it to short out constantly engaging the doorbell. This caused damage to the doorbell and to the button. Finally the house numbers were installed badly with a big gap between the first two digits and the last two digits of my house number. I corrected the wiring and doorbell issues myself as I wanted to make sure they were done correctly. The company corrected the grounding and house number issues. The company did correct the numerous issues with this project and that is why I did not rate them lower on professionalism. I was disappointed in the level of quality I recieved in the windows as they should have been inspected before they were installed in my house. The electrical work was bad and any electrical work done by this company should be inspected thoroughly. These two things are why the quality was rated as low as it was. Inspection revealed caulking issues and buckling of the siding. This has been promptly corrected. Will update if further issues crop up.

My ceiling began leaking copiously on a Saturday at noon. We had just had a large snowfall the day before and the gutters appeared iced over in spots, so my husband and I assumed we had a roofing issue. After calling 3 different numbers for this company, I did reach a receptionist who arranged for someone to come out at 3 pm. He arrived on time. He looked at the still leaking ceiling (leaking from 4 different places) and proceeded to lecture me about what I could do to prevent this from happening next year. He offered no immediate solutions to stop the current problem (water raining in the house), told me we needed oversized gutters and someone to clean off the ice/snow. He stated his company would not do either of these things because "I can't guarantee the work, so I won't touch this". He had no recommendations for anyone we could call for help. It was a complete waste of time. I do understand not wanting to take a job (not really in this economy), but we were obviously in distress with an acute problem. He did say the leaking would stop once night came and the temperatures fell; it didn't. We leaked steadily throughout the night into the next day when we found another company to clear the ice/snow away. We definitely have worse internal damage because of the delay. If you want a lecture about what you can do next year while your house is falling down around you now, call this company.
