Description of Work: Company and sales rep, lack of integrity and professionalism. When I called to make an appt for a straight forward front porch stoop leveling, I was told the earliest appt was in 6 weeks. Foolishly, I booked the appt. Day of appt, they insisted I be present when the sales rep arrived. When I explained I have to work and to please just assess the leveling and leave the bid in the door; the sales rep never contacted me, never stopped by even though he had other appts in my area.

Description of Work: We are happy with the work done. We had a sump pump put in and it has made quite a difference--no more flooded basement floor after big rains. While it was a costly job, they did offer financing options that helped us manage the expense.

Description of Work: Came out to give estimate howevere the guy was to big to get into crawl space. He said they could send someone else and that they would call to make an appointment but I am still waiting for the call.

Description of Work: It has been several years since I used this company. I thought I had a basement leak. Turned out it was just a burst pipe. Thankfully they found it right away and told me I just needed to call a plumber instead. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I did purchase an air purifier/dehumidifier from them, which has worked well. With the recent flooding, I just recommended them to a coworker.

Description of Work: Pier jacking. The salesman inferred without saying it specifically they could bring the house back to level. That didn't happen and the laborers said he likes to tell people they have that ability but they can't. Very disappointed there was no prep to keep the dust on one level or to cover the items on that level while they were cutting concrete. Our furniture, pool table, desks, washer dryer were covered in concrete dust. They did not clean a thing afterward either. The whole job is sloppy looking and did NOT accomplish what we were promised.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE EXPLANATION OF THE WORK THEY WOULD BE DOING AND WHY THEY USED THE METHODS THEY USED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN CLEAN UP AND DOING THE WORK. THE YOUNG MAN (ADAM) DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: WE HAD WATER COMING INTO THE BASEMENT THROUGH A CRACK IN THE FOUNDATION. THEY USED THEIR FLEXISPAN METHOD AND FILLED THE CRACK.

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLERS WERE NICE, POLITE, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY WHEN I SENT A LETTER WITH PHOTOS OF THE WATER SEEPAGE THAT OCCURRED AFTER THEIR WORK WAS COMPLETED. I'M HAPPY TO NO LONGER HAVE A ''RIVER'' FLOWING THROUGH MY BASEMENT, BUT DISAPPOINTED THAT THE BASEMENT IS STILL NOT 100 PERCENT DRY, AS THEY GUARANTEED. I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE ANY MORE WORK DONE UNTIL I PAY OFF THE $990. THEY OFFERED TO SELL ME A SUMP PUMP, BUT THAT IS OUT OF THE QUESTION RIGHT NOW. ALTHOUGH THEIR WORK DECREASED THE SEEPAGE OF WATER INTO MY BASEMENT, IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM COMPLETELY. IT'S FRUSTRATING THAT THEIR EXPERTS DID NOT ASSESS THE ENTIRE PROBLEM. IT WAS MY SUGGESTION THAT THE GUTTER DRAINAGE MIGHT BE CAUSING TROUBLE. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS TO BEGIN WITH, I MIGHT HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE THEM ADDRESS THAT PROBLEM AND JUST FILL THE CRACKS INSTEAD OF INSTALLING THE ELABORATE FLEXISPAN SYSTEM. MAYBE I WOULD HAVE NEEDED BOTH PROBLEMS ADDRESSED ANYWAY, BUT THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A CHEAPER WA
Description of Work: REPAIRED TWO VERTICAL CRACKS IN FOUNDATION WITH FLEXISPANS. THEY DRILLED A HOLE AT THE BASE OF EACH CRACK AND INSTALLED A TROUGH VERTICALLY DOWN FROM THE BASEMENT FLOOR. THE IDEA OF THIS TROUGH IS THAT IF ANY WATER CONTINUES TO SEEP THROUGH THE CRACKS, GRAVITY SHOULD PULL IT DOWN BENEATH THE FOUNDATION. THE REPAIR STOPPED MOST OF THE FLOW OF WATER DURING A RAIN, BUT SOME WATER STILL SEEPS UP FROM BENEATH THE FLOOR. THEY CAME BACK TO CHECK ON THIS PROBLEM, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO. I SUGGESTED THE WATER DRAINING FROM MY ROOF GUTTERS MIGHT BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM. THE WORKER DISCONNECTED THE DRAIN PIPE FROM THE SEWER LINE AND RAN WATER FROM A HOSE INTO IT, AND WATER DID BACK UP, INDICATING THE CLAY SEWER LINE HAD APPARENTLY CAVED IN AND WAS NOT CARRYING WATER AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. NOW I NEED TO HAVE A TRENCH DUG OUT NEXT TO THE HOUSE AND HAVE A NEW SEWER PIPE INSTALLED, WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD AT THIS TIME.

I WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE SITUATION, BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE WITHOUT A 20% DEPOSIT, HE ALSO WOULD NOT SUPPLY REFERENCES WITHOUT MY DEPOSIT. I DIDN'T GET A GOOD FEELING ABOUT IT.

WE ARE NOW BACK TO NORMAL, AND IT HAS RAINED HEAVILY SEVERAL TIMES. WE ARE PLEASED TO SAY THAT WE HAVE HAD NO WATER IN OUR BASEMENT. WE FEEL THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
