Description of Work: Went in the crawl space of a two story home. Installed new concrete pads, new support jacks and beams across the entire length of the home in two different locations in the crawl space. The entire process went extremely well and we can tell there is a big difference in the stability of our home.

Description of Work: Woods Basement System workers installed drain tiles on the floor at the base of our basement wall. During an extreme rain, water started seeping in between the wall and the floor of my back basement wall. This had never happened. Later, we were told by a neighbor that the problem had to do with a sewer pump that was not working properly. We contacted Woods via email late at night. The next morning we received a call and then a visit from a company representative. The investigator presented a plan of action so that this situation would never happen again. We decided to have the work done. Workers came to do the job in about four days. The men worked hard and were very polite. At this point, we are highly satisfied,

Description of Work: Install 4 push piers to support the foundation; repair two cracks in foundation. Did not hire because of price; the price was considerable higher than other bids. Also, the other contractors were going to repair cracks from the outside. Woods wanted to repair cracks from the inside, which would have involved tearing out two walls. This would have added an additional expense to replace dry wall and paint.

Description of Work: I was looking for an estimate for foundation repair. When the technician looked at the crack, he suggested just patching it. He did not think it was a major issue and not worth the money to do a complete repair. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism and would recommend them highly in the future.

Description of Work: They only do very large and very elaborate jobs. If you need some sump pump help they are not the right company to choose. Their smaller projects are extremely experience.
