Ray is a FABULOUS guy! He offers 24 hour Emergency Service, and we normally see him the SAME day or NEXT day. He tells you when he's going to be there, and always calls to update if there's a change. Ray is the ONLY HVAC PROVIDER MY FAMILY USES!! :) He is always professional, speaks to the customer BEFORE the repair to explain what he's going to do & discuss prices. He's respectful, I'm always comfortable with letting him inside the house, even alone. He even made sure NOT to let the cat out! He offers military discounts, senior discounts, etc. His pricing is VERY reasonable, especially for SAME DAY SERVICE on A/C!! His service call charge was $50 & Labor is around $60/hour this summer. We have used him TWICE, last year our compressor went out. He replaced JUST the part that was blown, told us we were smart to turn it off right away, that it saved the overall unit. I'm sure that replacing the entire thing would have earned him more money, but he did ONLY the repair necessary & also checked out our second unit. THIS year, not only did he take our blower back to his shop to weld on new brackets, he also helped me clear the drain lines and TAUGHT ME how to keep them clean in future. Welding on the brackets saved us HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. He could have ordered a new shroud instead, but SAVING US MONEY is an important priority to him! Amazing customer service!!! I'm also planning on having him add some baffles to our HVAC ducts in September, after the A/C season is over, to help correct issues from how the house was built, estimate was only $150. He stands behind his work, too. I recommend him HIGHLY - he's my HVAC guy!
Description of Work: Repaired blower motor, replaced brackets & fixed the water drains on our Air Conditioner. He welded new brackets onto the shroud for the motor - took the shroud to his shop and then returned an hour later ( a new shroud would have been HUNDREDS of dollars & taken a week to arrive). He cleaned out the drains, and TAUGHT ME how to keep them clean in future!!! Offers 24 Hour service calls, even!
